"worst place ever do NOT move in here!!! they don't care if you have anything broken or any problems happening to your unit they have roaches there ac dose not work we had a leak that was coming from upstairs and flooded our downstairs unit in my kids bedroom they never wanted to come and fix it or look at it I had to replace my kids beds and everything on the floor the carpet and all we had mold growing after it made us all sick they still NEVER came to look at it they are SLUMLORDS it dose not matter what happens they will never fix anything the leasing manager in the office is very rude and disrespectful all they want is your money and nothing more!!!! I'm going to post photos of all the things going wrong in this place."
"I am SO GLAD I don't live here anymore. Moved in Oct 2022. Didn't have hot water until Dec 2022. Oven didn't work upon arrival, maintenance worked on it and it blew up in their face. AC didn't work upon arrival, maintenance worked on it and it started smoking and emitting a strong smell. Breakers were not labeled correctly which made it hard for them to turn it off. No wonder there are two buildings that have been through fires. Had roaches the whole year. Had to nag the office for maintenance to work on work orders, and they would mark things in the system as completed when they never even came to the apartment or even called. Calling and emailing rarely worked and communication with the office was horrible. The only way we could get the offices attention is going into the office in person. One of the showers leaked into the downstairs apartments. Would hear people fighting/yelling in all hours of the night, and had a week where helicopters with their lights kept looking down on the complex. Gate never worked, when they fixed it it would work for like a week and then stop working. Just heard that someone was murdered just a few doors down from where my apartment was. Also had an instance of dogs attacking someone while I lived there. Don't live here, there are cheaper BETTER options than here."
"I was definitely not surprised, walking in the next day, and seeing that nothing was taken care of, and all my stuff was still covered in drywall dust and popcorn ceiling walking in right away you can smell the room entirely filled with mildew and mold , mold is black clearly signs of stachyboytys chartarum AKA black mold . I reported my leak in the middle of the night OSCAR told me to place a bucket under it and they were going to address it in the morning at about five to 6 o’clock in the morning when I heard more drips coming from my ceiling this nasty brown water was dripping down onto my kids mattress. And soaked the Tires Mattress Linen, ect when I called maintenance he told me that he was going to address it right away. OSCAR He told me that they were going to address it right away when the office had opened. Another day pass by after anything at all was done. They decided to cut a hole in the wall and I told them that my concerns were that I was going to find mold and be exposed to asbestos so I told him to please be careful, and cover my furniture, lay some plastic down, cut out the affected drywall pull out the wet insulation and patch it back because I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. I’ve already dealt with a mold problem before with them, and I had to take care of it on my own mind you, I am in the industry of mitigation if I were to do this inside of any of my customers, homes or buildings I would’ve been fired. My boss would not have been happy. I definitely expressed my concerns to the office. They had all the wrong answers for me first telling me that they had to leave a whole open dry for 48 to 72 hours but they cover the hole with plastic so now there’s trapped moisture in there. It wouldn’t have mattered at this point because the whole room is now exposed to those elements. Nothing was covered. The plastic that was supposed to cover the hole in the ceiling was down . They had no regards for any of my contents or stuff. When I told them about my concerns for the mold exposure, they told me to file a claim with my renters insurance , needless to say, I definitely had to get a hotel that night I am staying at the hotel I really hope they do the right thing and compensate me, or at least rehouse me to another unit . They told me that their manager was going to be speaking with me Saturday morning . I honestly don’t see that happening and I honestly don’t see any action being taken. I hope everyone is standing up for themselves like I am with my current situation no one should be dealing with that and I know, especially if they had that going on in their homes, they would be reacting the same way . . . NEGATIVE STARS"
"I find this very unacceptable. We deserve a better maintenance cleaning crew. We need a better lit entryway… We’re paying 1300 plus for what… I think the state needs to get involved at this point… Please don’t let me talk about the back of the complex. Lord this is too much."
