"Sometimes it is the small things that make living someplace special. After finishing my class this morning our apartment complex Ely on Fremont had a pancake breakfast for the residents and handed out Valentines appreciation gift! This is a great way to know our neighbors !!"

"We are currently using the living work units on the first floor for our business, it’s a great location! We have a spacious unit, private security, friendly neighbors. There are a lot pros by having a business here, like a lot of walking traffic, central location, being close to a lot of events around the area; but there can be some cons as well, the festival Life is Beautiful happens around the building, and the businesses are blocked for a few days, which can completely affect business for a few days instead of being able to benefit from it like other business’s around the area, also private parking is not included in the lease and having private parking is a must around the area. We get asked a lot if we can still use the amenities of the building and yes we can; and each time there is a maintenance problem they’re quick to fix it, and if there are any delays with it they keep you updated. Super friendly and helpful staff for sure!"

"Unbelievably bad building management. Dog feces found regularly in the hallways and stairwells. Trash piled up in the hallways. AC units not fixed for months, with a bucket under them to catch water. Garage doors constantly broken. Rent is crazy expensive and you have to live in unsanitary conditions. AVOID!!!"

"I’ve been living here for about a year now and I just renewed my lease for another year with Penny. I signed my first year lease with Jonathan who was fantastic and made the move in process seamlessly easy amidst the beginning of the pandemic last year. The place is beautiful and very well kept with great amenities. I love the fitness center and how clean and organized it always is and the resort style pool and spa and clubhouse. The apartments are beautiful with new appliances, washer and dryer in every unit, modern cabinetry and most have stunning views. Penny is the current manager who took over the property a few months ago and she is absolutely great! I was originally planning on leaving for the Veer Towers, but she reached out and helped find me another apartment within the building that had everything I was looking for. Penny cares about retaining good tenants and she was transparent and completely accessible throughout the process in making my move to the new apartment quick, easy and accommodating. 10/10 all the way around if you’re looking for a new place to call home."
