"Been here at Dlux for about a year now, I like it! I work from my computer a lot, so I'm here quite a bit, & honestly it's mostly really quiet. Read reviews about noise all the time, & sure you can hear some steps above or around you from time to time, but overall seems like a bunch of courteous neighbors. Sizing of unit is perfect for myself, & all appliances brand new! (1st tenant to rent this unit) They also put in a cool gym and patio area with firepit! Also, any time I've had to communicate with Victor or Hannah, they couldn't be any nicer to me! I feel as far as pricing and convenience to walk to anything, dlux was a great choice!"

"Been a horrible experience living here victor is completely rude and hostile and seems to always be on a power trip me and my boyfriend are more than happy to be leaving after being threatened a 3 day notice by victor because of lies against my sisters service dog. They expect you to be quiet 24/7 and will blame noise complaints on you instead of checking cameras and seeing our proof. There are always issues here and I guarantee you will not be happy. The trash chute at the end of hall is always overfilled and tenants have to start leaving trash in the hallway which is unsanitary especially for the doors that are right next to that. There’s only one single washer and dryer on each floor and clothes are constantly left sitting there for hours. The walls are extremely thin you can hear EVERYTHING the next person is doing there is no way to have any privacy here. You’d be better off paying a little more to live in Ely or shareDowntown where you won’t be disrespected by management. We regret not moving there instead. Edit: just as the other review says Hannah will continue calling you about your review and say it’s all lies when you have proof and tell them they can look at the cameras and they won’t they will continue calling you a liar and making things up to make themselves look good another reason to avoid this place and management here. Nothing stated has been incorrect or false management had denied multiple times in email checking cameras or showing valid evidence and proof of us being a nuisance to the property which they Initially indicated we were and fined us for. We offered multiple times to pay the fine in regards to the miscommunication but was told via email and voicemails a 3 day nuisance was still filed in which we decided to then leave the premises. management then decided to switch up last minute and file a completely different notice when we were already leaving and stated themselves they made a mistake but are now actively ignoring the reasoning behind the initial review defaming both my partner and I. We will not stand being harassed nor defamed and we will be pursuing legal action."

"Terrible decision moving here, Victor was a horrible person, threatened and never fact checked any of his claims. Wasn’t even here for us to be the root of the noise complaints. Yet saw us as an easy target and pinned it on us. Its a small building we hear people walking up and down the stairs whenever we are home. We understand that its the tradeoff to living in a building like this. Poor management and will bribe you to take your review down if it doesn’t align with what they want to perceive."

"I moved here right after they built DLUX LOFTS. The lofts are spacious and include utilities. Best part…it’s in the right spot…right in the center of DTLV with access to all the entertainment on Fremont! Far enough away not to hear all the noise. Quiet. Peaceful. Nice community with 24 hour security. If you’re looking for affordability but want luxury living. This is it!"

"Heard good things about the DLUX and thinking about transferring!!!! Victor the property manager is one of the most kindest person ever!!!!! He really gets the job done!!! I don't know any property manager out there that "Marks His Words" and it's incredible on how fast he gets the task/request done. We live in a different property that is managed by rentDTLV and he goes above and beyond!! He really cares about his tenants. Rent DTLV thank you so much for employing Victor as our landlord. He truly is a great asset to the company. Don't feed into the negative comments!!!!"
