"The only good thing I could say about PH is that they found me good Ppl to rent my house.. Other than that they are Horrible and don't get back to you when u call or leave a msg.. When I was on the phone with them one time, They made me give them a 5 star so I did it thinking it would change, no that's why I'm writing another one without them being on the phone guiding me. The only time I get a msg is when they get their cut $ from the payment and that's it. I do not recommend this company to anyone, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere"
"Absolutely the most unprofessional service I’ve ever used for renting out my home. The reps I spoke with AFTER signing the contract were poor communicators, at best. They were always confused about the information they were receiving regarding my home and unfortunately it cost my family and I 90 days. We called , we emailed and even texted to get help to have the correct information listed for the home all to no avail. Once I did receive a call back about 45 days into the process from a local rep that said we’d have a showing the following day, only for it to be a NO-Show 5 mins before the scheduled time. The only thing that was consistent about this company is the automated drip emails that came every Wednesday morning to say that there was ZERO interest and ZERO showings scheduled. Week after week … after week for 90 days. Despite following all directions and suggestions we still had nothing but that empty promise given before we signed the contract. “We have families in your area looking for this specific kind of property, we should be able to rent it out no later than 30 days!” That couldn’t be guy from the truth, I’m extremely disappointed and I’m sad that I waisted such valuable time."

"My experience started out good I have been in the rental for 4 months now. It was suppose to come with a refrigerator and it didn't. They said they would get me one and they never did. I ended up renting one. My blinds where damaged and broken they said they would replace them and never did, my shower in the master bath didn't work still don't. Now they took my rent from Aug and applied it to my security deposit they misplaced with out notice so when I went to pay my September rent I couldnt because they have me owning for 2 months rent mind you when I paid they system said I had 0 balance in August. They have put a 7 day pay rent or quit and added all these fees that I should not owe. I asked them to show me where it showed my security deposit returned they have not. I asked them to let me pay September while they find out what happened to my security deposit. No response, they now added a $100 fee to my account but no response. This is so frustrating!!! I have a grandson in school in the area and can't just up and relocate.This can easily be resolved if someone would kind and clear this up."
