Management will call their business partner with a tow truck on your personal car, even tho you pay your rent on time, reason being is they are greedy and will split the profit with the towing company at your expense. There is a homeless encampment right next door, so there is homeless people walking through the property 24/7. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything."

"It's mostly quiet and peaceful. The community is safe, mostly everyone knows each other. The maintenance man, Eric, is one of the best, he takes care of any issues you have, as quickly as he can. He actually cares about the tenants and he not like other maintenance people who put Band-Aids on everything. He is very friendly and treats everyone with respect. Maria, the front office manager, is very friendly and accommodating and she also treats everyone with respect, even those who are rude to her. She will do her best to take care of any issues you have. she is always professional and kind and will go out of her way to help you if she can. They are remodeling the apartments one by one, as they go empty. I love my apartment, the paint is fresh, new flooring, and hardware; it feels new. I enjoy living here because it's safe, the community is nice and is it's close to work."
