"I've been living here almost 3 years and I don't have any major complaints. The only main issue is there's no in-unit laundry, but other than that, its been pretty nice."

"The apartments are good, the rent is ok. Maria is the best worker from there and she helps you with happiness, liking her job. They try to maintain everything clean, to have everything fix, our mail is secure and they have a certain time to close it because before someone would get in and steel our mail . taking care of everyone by having security people, Having a code for everyone so they may come in, sometimes they take care of your package or UPS might live it to your door. Everyone gets one key to open the pool and gate. Pets are allowed. So from all that good things, there’s always something bad, Hope they fix the problem not giving the apartment’s keys to no one, because there was a time where sometimes I would find a worker on my apartment and they would say the office send them to fix something (something that was already fix ) . water shot off most of the times, then trying to fix some water licking. Saying they have a tennis court, that nobody can’t use. They say they have a gym, nobody can’t use, a jacuzzi that nobody can’t use, The worst you might not like is them saying they have a laundry, but none of them work, None!!!!!. Homeless sometimes get in."
