"My boyfriend and I had been checking out several places before coming to this little place. I honestly have to say Loma has exceeded my expectations, I know the area is a little busy with traffic and busy will all the tourists but it's in a great location. You are within close proximity to the downtown area ( Fremont area) and the Art District which I love. We are locals so it doesn't bother us, the closer to downtown we are the better. The property looks like it has gone through some renovations and the units themselves have upgrades so this made it a plus for us. And, they have a very professional staff. Honestly, I am just wowed! Glad that we chose this place to live."
