"Ever since the new management took over things have turned around. Faster communication with office, work orders handle by license vendors, building exterior was just painted and they did the exterior lighting. Looks like they are also renovating the units."
"I'm revising my review to three stars. I love the area but we have new management and they have changed things. There is no apt mgr. on the premises anymore. They also changed the outdoor lighting which is too bright now. This is a great area to live but I'm waiting to see how good the new property managers turn out to be."
"Never answers the phone. Business hours are supposed to be Monday, Wednesday, Friday but you won’t be able to get in touch with the guy that is the manager. On to the next!"
