"I had no HOT water and as soon as they got my request for maintenance, they were there within a half hour! They had it fixed right away,and even followed up the next day to make sure it was still working ok! Thank you!"

"I went to get information in regards to leasing an apartment and there was no one at the leasing office at 2 pm on a Monday. Someone told me that apartments are around 1400 a month for rent. I decided to take a walk around and the whole apartment complex looked super dirty there are pigeons everywhere along with their waste. There is also dog waste throughout the whole complex and during my walk around the complex I had a homeless man stop me and ask me for money, I felt unsafe through my whole walk around this place. I do not think this place is worth 1400 a month they look poorly maintained and they are hard to contact."
"Apartments are ready to be knocked down and lots of homeless are around, unsafe environment charging 1400$ a month for a very crowded home. Maintenance is not 24/7 and there’s no security to protect us. I also heard from someone I know that they got their catalytic converter stolen!"
