So Grateful that I was given a second chance and they looked beyond my recent eviction and took my hard earned money instead of painting an image of me from my past. For those asking, My eviction occurred in January of this year 2024 and I, today just signed my lease with them."

"We moved from out of state and everything went really well . Absolutely no problem at all! Carlisle and Julie were so nice . The apartment is nice , the area is quiet and I haven't seen not one sign of a pest problem. It's actually a really clean complex."

"Run from this place bug infested property manager is rude. And a random move out free 2500 bucks which should be illegal. They had leak from the top people they didn’t fix it properly the fire department said the wiring isn’t up to code either. They never clean the park after I’ve called and complained about it for my 2 year old . The could careless"

"Horrible, horrible, horrible! Where do I start the place is infested with roaches nothing is renovated. The water is constantly getting cut off without notice, one time I was getting ready for work taking a shower and the water was cut off never any notice of the shut off and it last for an hour maybe more. Huge roaches come in from under the door due to nothing blocking it they do nothing about it. The pictures shown are from the sink being clogged constantly (not from me) I asked the maintenance Why is it always clogged, they said it’s the neighbor sink because it’s all connected together. Then the water heater broke. Water was everywhere on the floor, call to have someone look at it that’s how I found out it was the water heater. They left it uncovered, and did not fix it for a week no water heater means no hot water. Horrible living conditions inhumane. The people in the office are no better. Find something better living here was a true nightmare."
