"I wouldnt recommend no one to lease here . They will charge you the application fee of $250 and make it seem as if youre more than qualified for these apartments. Unfortunately, they will contact you a week or two later and find something that disqualifies you for getting their apartment. All the information they required , it was sent to them and confirmed through phone that everything checked clear . Days later , they refused to answer the phone calls and sent an email stating that the application request was denied . I was told about these apartments doing these kind of things but i felt this wouldnt be true for me ; unfortunately they gladly received the Application fee & smiled , just to deny me from these apartments . This is not a place for anyone , especially if youre not original from Las Vegas . Very Bias . You can take your shot at it like i stubbornly did , but i’d suggest making this your last option ."

"I love living here. Management and their maintenance staff are absolutely amazing! Premises and landscaping are well kept. Casinos and many restaurants and stores within walking distance. RTC stop practically in front of apartments. Tenants well-being is Management's priority."

"Great, affordable home-tel for the vacation, extended stay and longer. Husband and I needed a place to move between the sale of our home in another state and purchase of a home in the area. Holiday Royale was an easy transition - and extra convenient for being able to store our home goods onsite! I've never felt unsafe, plus the property is gated & patrolled. Apartments are mature, well kept and clean. I think most units have recently been updated (more modern, less what I am seeing on the website, if you've been there) -j ust simply lovely. Kathy and her team have never been less than amazing, straight-forward and helpful. Pool, pretty public areas and mid-mod architecture w/ breezy palms are sweet bonus features!"

"Best weekly or Monthly hotel/apartment in Las Vegas. A small deposit of $250 will hold your unit & choose weekly or monthly payment options. The units come fully furnished with all utilities covered. All units come with TVs & offer a huge assortment of TV channels. All units come with high speed wifi, which works perfect. The property offers beautiful courtyards, & sparkling pool. No rift raft is tolerated & staff keeps the property clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful, & willing to help in any way. I HIGHLY suggest staying here for short or long term stays. This is my second time living at the Holiday Royal within 5 years & love every second."
