Reviews
"There is neverrr any hot water so I could never take a proper shower or bath! Smells like marijuana in the hallways, there’s always trash around the apartments, and too many homeless people. I’m convinced a lot of these reviews are fake because this place is terrible. This is why you don’t rent cheap apartments (learned my lesson). It’s better to spend more money at other apartments because at least you won’t have all of these issues. Don’t get tricked into renting to these because whatever they show and tell is a facade."
"This is the WORST complex I have ever lived in. It has interfered greatly with my peace of mind and I’ve only been here a few months. The reviews are not matching the experience you actually receive. Looks are deceiving the place looks nice from the outside- it’s rundown. Old appliances, fixtures that break down constantly that take maintenance forever to fix. They half fix or don’t at all. There is literally an excuse every time you call the leasing office regarding when maintenance will come. Water don’t get hot normally so washing your hands/face you have to literally run the water atleast 10 minutes beforehand because its freezing cold water at first. That includes the shower. When I use the bathroom I’m forced to wash my hands with cold water every time. My new unit alone I just moved into has a fridge with NO light that I’ve told them about for WEEKS still not fixed so at the moment my food is soiling because I barely know what’s in my fridge anymore and can barely see in. Also, I have had to move to multiple units within the property due to constant problems since I moved in Dec 2023, currently on my 3rd apt. My first apt was roach infested unit with dead roaches, chemicals laying around. My next unit smaller than I wanted had its own problems with a corroded sink they refused to replace just sprayed over it constantly and the paint kept peeling, showering felt like prison because the hot water lasted barely a few minutes majority of the time so you have to rush to get out before it gets cold, and a broken elevator constantly that gets stuck open and was down at one point over almost a month. Now on 3rd unit, it’s been horrific. I have a neighbor downstairs that stays up throughout the night and blasts their tv and or music all night or very early in the morning when I have to be up for work and is disturbing me constantly. Sleep has been majorly affected. I’ve purchased a fan to try to drown my neighbor out but that doesn’t work since the bass vibrates through the floor into my bedroom. I’ve complained to security, leasing office, called the police; nothing is working neighbor is still interfering with me enjoying my apartment on an almost daily basis not fixing the problem. This place affects your peace. So far I have not felt settled, completely safe or satisfied at all since I’ve been here. I have been moved into dirty uncleaned units, units with dead and live roaches, neighbors sit their trash outside their door which I guess is allowed because you see it often and the property is not kept as clean. You will see lots of random beer cans, cigarette butts and trash laying around. Homeless people come in often and go through the trash and there is even a homeless encampment set up behind the property and has gotten worse since I moved in. Pool you can see froth or maybe sand sitting on top of the water. Hot tub does not get hot. Washing machines don’t all work, I’ve had dryers even take my money and not dry my clothes. Leasing office has bad communication amongst each other so good luck with communicating issues because they are not super thorough and it’s difficult or takes a lot of following up and reminders to get things done. I didn’t even get an amenities tour at all when I first moved in so you might have to find where everything is on the property yourself. Cheap but not worth the stress. I’ve had many sleepless, stressful days here and may have to move. Photos you will see below is part of what I’ve been experiencing and complaining about. Dead roaches, homeless people in the trash often looking for empty water bottles, scavenging, the encampment set up behind the wall of the complex that changes and gets worse every time you see it, the trash I’ve had to clean up myself when I moved into a new unit, floors so nasty upon move in you see black dirt literally caked, my bathroom toilet wasn’t even cleaned when I moved into my 3rd unit, not including the problems with the other units. Neighbors trash set outside but I did protect their privacy and removed unit number. It’s not worth it to live here."
"Maybe I’m not sophisticated enough, this place is my first home in the US. But firstly I picked it among many others. Secondly I did never regret this. I feel safe, heard, warm and respected. And I stil impressed how does that sound: living in Paradise)"
"Honestly convinced half of these reviews are fake because it's just not adding up. Signed a 6 month lease and left early cuz it just that bad. Roach infested. Hot water is constantly going out. Water is boiling hot and won't cool down during summer months. Hot tub constantly broken. Laundry rooms disgusting and machines are always breaking. I could go on. Find somewhere else to live you can help it."
"4200 Paradise is a wonderful place to live. Been here for a little over a year, have never seen a single cockroach or rat, the management are awesome and always helpful and the residents for the most part are friendl. the amenities are awesome! For a 3 story apartment complex there’s multiple elevators, 3 separate laundry rooms available (machines do break but they usually do a quick job repairing them, there’s 2 pools and one of them have a hot tub, small gym but has the necessities and enough parking spaces. There’s some homeless people around the area but have never seen any homeless people inside the property and there’s usually a police patrol every now and then which is nice. there’s a bus stop in front of the complex and another one behind the complex so it’s extra easy to get around the city. Walking distance to the strip and if you enjoy eating out there’s a lot of choices within walking distance. If you’re looking for something clean, quiet, not too pricey and what feels like home, 4200 paradise is the place to be!"
