"Well Good evening, so I have come here to express my experience…. I would have rated a higher rating but on March 2nd,2024 I ran into a big problem with the maintenance person Chris, it was about 445 and my kids and I were walking when Chris was letting two boys and a girl play on the gulf cart when the boys let the gulf cart go and jumped off almost hitting my son, I grabbed my son and pulled him back…. All Chris was doing was laughing as it was a joke!!!! We turned around and went home as it is very careless of a team member to be letting kids play on the gulf cart careless smelling of alcohol!!!! So being that we decided to go home! I decided we would just go out in the car! Again as we were leaving Chris was in the gulf cart garage with 2 girls messing around… as I passed he stumbled out of there knocking over the cones that were around, pretty much falling in front of my kids and I at this time I stopped, he did not acknowledged me and just kept stumbling down the street laughing!!!! For a maintenance person that I’m sure is still on the clock careless almost hitting kids playing around with the gulf carts is crazy!!! What if I didn’t react in time and he hit my kid or anyone else’s kids for that matter!!!!"
"I like it. My son lives there. It has atmosphere, trees, views and andca good central location. He has had quite a few repair problems, but they get fixed pretty quickly."
"I made my deposit on my apartment 3 months prior to moving in for a "renovated unit", got my keys, and started moving my stuff in to notice a broken fridge, terribly painted cabinetry, a leaking bathroom sink, rotting wood under my kitchen sink, and missing baseboards. Overall just sloppy for the price. I stayed at my boyfriends house for night because Lynette, the only person in the office on my move in date stated that "there is no 24 hour emergency maintenance" (which Rebecca said was a lie). Rebecca, the old assistant manager was great and made sure to have everything fixed but I still could not move into my unit for 3 days. No apologies was ever issued from the main manager and I was given a concession for the trouble. I decided to give them a second chance because Rebecca was so helpful and apologetic. I wish I would've just picked somewhere else. After being fully moved in, dog poop was all over the gravel in the area I lived and went untouched for MONTHS. Walls are paper thin and windows aren't much better and could hear people screaming at each other from other buildings on multiple occasions, even people just standing outside my bedroom window I could hear conversations clear as day. I ended up just paying to terminate my lease early so I didn't have to deal with it anymore, and was still constantly given misinformation every time I came in to ask about the process. Upon move out, I was given my inventory of keys and left. I was still confused on how to pay the previous months utilities, so I called and I was told to bring in a cashier's check with x amount. Went to the bank, got a cashier's check, drove all the way from centennial hills after work just to be told that it was already deducted from my security deposit. So with that being the case, I would assume that a breakdown would be provided with my S.D. check since I feel like that only makes sense (and also legally required). It was not. I called again to ask for an explanation of the deductions and was told Lynette (who is now the assistant manager) would get back to me. Instead of just explaining it and apologizing for the misunderstanding, Lynette proceeded to say that I "didn't understand" and that the breakdown was already given to me but that she'd send it again anyways. So my question is, how could the exact amount of my utilities owed for November be given to me on my move out day if you took it out of my security deposit a week after I moved out?? I used to be in the military and moved around a lot so I've lived in a ton of different apartments and genuinely can say I've never had issues with a leasing agent like i've had here. And for the amount that they charge to live here, don't even bother."
"It's been 4 weeks not one update about when we can use our parking again and what's going on. There are water leaks all over this property your water and trash bill will fluxuate constantly. I have a 1 bed I pay 20- 40 a month in water. No way this is an unseen emergency. I have seen and been told they do not know how to turn off the water individually when they do dishwasher installs. So is it really an emergency or are we remodeling? So many inconvenience to often. It's 1030 and as a night shifter I can not get my day started because we can all just sit on our hands while another supposed " emergency repair " is in the works. Can you fix the back pool while your at it in three years It's never been open. It would make more sense to fill it and turn it into a park then to continually advertise 2 pools on site. Can we fix the leaks all on the aide that connect to the town homes? Walk through the lot at night and you will see a small creek regularly. I have nothing but poor experiences living here. Can we get someone else besides Wesley to answer calls. Very rude. He would not even let me tell him why I was calling before he cut me off and tried pawning me off on the office. I asked you guys to not have him in my house first time my bathroom leaked as he is rude. Was rude to me when I asked for help with another tenant acting crazy around my car. Wesley Said shes just having a bad day. That tenant blocked my car in and I had to call the police. All because my car stalled out at the gate and she thought I was playing games. Waved her passed lady went nuts on my car. (Police reports where filed and turned in). No help with who this lady was from any of the staff ( macey and wes ). She still lives here. I see her all the time. Wesley hangs out with most of the tenants. After hours. Ive seen him and had the pleasure of being present when he so loudly across the alcove shedules his business for all to hear. He knows who that woman is. Definitely a biase here. I noticed that request was not honored for him not to be in my house. As he signed my work order for the orginal leak. Bathroom leaked again and was repaired by angel unsatisfactory. Basiclly came in and spray painted over the water damage after not coming by on the day he was sheduled and leaving to large fans in my unit for a month. I had to go to maintence 3 times to ask what was going on. Today I called as we are having major construction. It will understand it will be loud with equipment. Why are all these workers standing under our windows and at out patios cutting up with each other like it's the weekend? I don't hear equipment I hear them since 7 am. Why when I call is Wesley so rude? I as a tenant called and left a message. Stating what the issue was. Figured when the office opens they will handle it. Why is Wes calling me back personally offended with attitude that this is his personal maintenance line? Well sir maybe you should let the tenant speak before you cut them off and why is that my issue. I didn't attach you phone to the call back service or tell you to call me back? I'm a paying resident being disturbed by something you as a team member of the complex can handle or pass on. Dude has always been rude. Drives the golf carts with no respect. Just pulls out in front of people and flys past. I've had to break a few times when I've had the right away. Positives after three years with the new leasing agent we finally got all our keys and fobs. Only took three trips as the key had to be cut several times but we got them. The second pool was still not ready to use this year. Constant problems with the gate. Originally paid $900 pre pandemic. Same one bed paying 1300 . Power thrown out constantly, water bill fluctuates 20-40 . Nothing but loud disrespectful people. No one picks up theor dog poop here. No one. Staff the could care less. Most expensive place ive ever lived. Not worth it Half the issues here could easily be fixed with accountability. It's a culture of acceptance / complacency here."
"First things first, Aaron is a rockstar. I called probably 15 times due to not being in the same state and having so many questions and on such short notice. He answered the phone every time and was so kind and had great customer service. I also spoke to I believe her name was Jeanette and she was also so good to work with. From someone that’s in leasing I know how stressful this job can get and it’s always so nice to hear leasing specialists answer with a smile every time!"
