"My fiancé and I have lived here for about 6 months now and so far I haven’t had any complaints. The community is nice, quiet, clean and very pet friendly. The staff in the leasing office; Ally, Elle and Alondra are all super friendly and attentive. When we were having problems with our a/c maintenance always got to it quick and took care of it. I love that the community does things like giveaways, events and has food trucks on certain days. This is our first apartment together and it was a smooth process all together. I’d recommend moving here 100%."

"I have now been living in this community for over a year, when my boyfriend (now husband) and I got together he lived in a unit with his parents, when it came time for us to move in together it was a no brainer to get a unit here of our own, a wonderful lady named Ally helped us with the process and made everything feel really easy and peaceful! Just recently though, we had to upgrade due to family emergency into a larger unit; and I gotta say my girl Ally C helped us out again! She went above and beyond in a beautiful way to make an already stressful situation feel easy and quick, anytime we needed anything she took care of us immediately. Community is clean, neighbors are nice! Pet friendly and my favorite, maintenance is 5 stars all the way. Couldn’t be happier with living here! The office also does cool things weekly, food trucks on site, give aways and contest (we won the ugly sweater contest! ) and a beautiful pool area ! Highly recommend this place to anyone who isn’t sure ; just make the jump it’s totally worth it!"

"I’ve been here for about 8 months. I like living here because it’s quite 90-95% of the time. When I had an issue with my stove; maintenance replaced it within 15 minutes. The front office ladies and maintenance team are good with communication skills. They send emails re: closings, openings, parking updates, security updates, pet boxes, raffles, food trucks, door contests. Just a lot of free giveaways and they do activities for the different holidays such as “National donut day”! They do what they say they’re going to do and within a “timely manner-Grjnch pics” lol. Totally awesome experience. Thanks for making living here an enjoyable experience. You all are very personable and easy going!!!"

Everyone in your office has gone above and beyond your call of duty to be accommodating and flexible to my family member. With all of us literally living states and time zones apart, your attentiveness and patience during my family member leasing tenure has been a comfort for us all. Thank you for all the time and collaboration you put into ensuring the repairs and the modernization of my mom’s apartment was done. While this may seem like a small feat to some, the apartment renovation gave our mom a sense of home and community inclusion. But most of all, we are ever so grateful for your understanding.
