"Shadowbrook is awesome. The staff is so friendly and patient. Despite the low prices, I actually got into a financial strain and they were so patient with letting me get caught up. It’s just me and my boys and I really appreciate us having a warm roof over our heads. If not for this friendly staff I would probably have been worse off right now."

"I came across the ad on Facebook and they were doing a special with no app fee and no admin fees. I went and looked at the apartment which was nice but upon completing the application I still had to pay an app fee. I consulted with the leasing agent before filling out the application and was provided a brochure with the app fee and admin fee being waived. I didn’t get approved for the apartment which is a bummer but I also felt lied to because I still had to pay in the end and now I’m out of 60 dollars when the promo was stating no app fee. They used that as a gimmick to lure people in to fill out and then get denied. If you’re going to do a promo at least be honest and don’t switch up. Would have given all 5 stars if I was approved and able to move me and my daughter into a new home but now we’re stuck trying to find something else. Really wish they would’ve of gave us a chance being I have no evictions and not from this state. I just wanted something safe for me and my daughter being we were already scammed from the current apartment we’re in now."

"Lonnie the maintenance guy is so great, he is very helpful and gets all my request done in a timely manner. He is very pleasant to have around and always speaks to me when he sees me asking if everything is working properly in my apartment. He is apart of the reason I love this apartment complex."
