"I moved in the end of November and have nothing but great things to say about this place. The office team Daniela and office manager Esmeralda are so helpful. The apartments are quiet and clean . Anytime I have neededAnything they are in top of it and fast to respond back . The tenant so far from what I see are just family it’s very peaceful here .I’m glad I found this place"

"Do not lease here. Since the change of office manager, the property has gone down the past 6 mo. I have been living here for over 2 years with no issues, but recently, it's been a nightmare here. • both me and my fathers car got broken into as well as various other tenants, and management did not seem to care or act more attentive to the situation. • broken into neighbors apartment • mugging • sketchy people walking around early mornings. • Things needing fixing has been over 14 days, and still no communication as to when they will get it done. • extremely hot master bedroom during summer, room stays in the 80s while ac is down to 70 • hot water may last between 5-10min • lack of urgency I have been waiting and emailing the property for updates since 12/29, and there has been no response. There are for sure other options around the valley then here!!"

"I wish I could get the apartments 0 stars. Do not waste your time or money moving into these apartments. I often come across many homeless people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot, many homeless people walking around the apartments because the public has access. Management is horrible. Issues are never addressed. You get charged extra fees unknowingly. I complained about a broken stair which is a hazard, the stair was replaced with wood. Wall paper from the ceiling is peeling. See pictures below. It’s like living in the projects. Definitely not worth the rent that’s charged. Do not recommend!!!"

"The worst apartment complex ever, don't ever tried to rent. I leaved here for 11 years it was really good until they brought this new manager. They saying one thing and doing another, turn complex in to getto, no security, strange people walking around at night.Strange charges , hidden fees. After painting apartment don't want to put the numbers on doors.Tenants have to be created so they can get delivery man find them."
