"THE BEST PLACE IVE LIVED YET! JESSICA THE LEASING MANAGER IS AMAZINGGGGG ! She got me in quick same day I submitted my application I was approved that’s first ! I Love Love Love the unit it’s so spacious and beautiful the rooms are very spacious the garage is really an actual 2 car garage very big and spacious as well living area is a great size so is kitchen area all appliances are stainless steel Samsung name brand even the washer and dryer really quite ! Heating and a.c. Works amazingly great! I moved in a week ago it’s been very very quiet very kid friendly I hear the little kids running around enjoying themselves outside the area of this place is so mid and great nothing ghetto or loud very close and convent to everything around you LITERALLY! Club room is amazing and relaxing the pool is open idk why people are saying it’s closed it’s very clean and open the gym is great for my exercising routine they even offer 1on1 personal training upon moving in! The place is very very secure no outsiders that doesn’t live here roaming around the complex you can’t even get in if you don’t live here and have access ! Guest parking is always open and available this is one of Las Vegas true newly built gems! Seriously beautiful all the leasing staff are amazing and so sweet Especially Jessica And Alex! I had a great amazing experience moving in and getting settled ! THANK YOU JESSICA! I’ll be here a while i absolutely love this place! "The community is a new and nice community however there is not much amenities which we pay an amenities fee each month and the pool area is always closed for a different reason each time. The staff does not engage with the resistant at all not very friendly at all. The only friendly staff here is maintenance,the community does not have resistant involvement activities such as monthly emails or news letters and updates nothing, staff are not welcoming at all and don't even speak when they see you. When I first moved here it was under another company and they was honestly amazing so friendly so inviting and very involved. We moved here from the east coast and I did everything virtually and because the staff and management was so super nice that was one of the reasons we moved to this community. Once new management took over it has been disappointing every since."

"I love this community, It took a little while for everything to come together but I love our home. There is only one thing I wish was different, there are 4 handicap parking spaces in front of our building which limits the parking availability for guests. During our time living here, there is never a time that all 4 handicap spaces are filled, maybe only 1 or 2 at the most. Other than that I love it here."

"I just recently toured Nola Sky with Shannon and had a great experience. She was super knowledgeable and showed me a two bedroom townhouse. The clubhouse is a great space for me to hang out with my friends. I love how we can hang out there and it is close access to the pool. The townhouse was spacious and had a two car garage. I love how the townhome that we looked at overlooks the pool area. The kitchen area is super large and spacious. I honestly love the layout of the townhomes. These don’t feel like apartments and it feels like you are living in your own home. Shannon went over pricing and other fees for the townhomes as we came back to the office. Jessica came out to introduce herself to me and asked if we had any questions about Nola Sky. I love how Shannon and Jessica both interacted with me and made sure I felt like I was home. The other communities in the area did not express great customer service. I felt like they just took me on a tour and didn’t answer questions, so thank you Jessica and Shannon! I look forward to calling Nola Sky my new home once I sell my house in Summerlin."
