"Bills are way higher than the service you get from this place. It’s home for homeless people, you literally share the property with them, staffs are unprofessional and rude when requesting service, emails won’t respond, oh not to mention cleanliness of the community, just ridiculous, roaches flooding all over the house, they charge you pest control fees every month, forget about them coming to your home and clear out these roaches. even though I use pesticides on my own expense I still see them coming from kitchen sinks and bathroom tubs tail to tail from lower rooms. Deposit fee (they have been charging me $31 waiver every month) paid over $500 done, However, got my lease renewed but they still kept charging me deposit, reached out to the staff and she told me yes I have to continue to pay deposit waiver. Last but not least they make you sign trash valet bills of $25/month, someone supposed to come to your house and pick up trash, but been here almost 2 years, nobody showed up a single day to pick my trash and I always see people dumping their own trash, that’s how it supposed to. Valet trash is none sense but another way of ripping your hard working money."

"Do not move here if you don’t have patience! Do not move here if you’re not accustomed to ratchetness! The black lady that runs this complex be power tripping, I have seen her talk to people crazy, and I know me, so I stay away from her, because that synthetic wig from temu, bags under her eyes looking liking a raccoon, I think she’s messes with the crackhead maintenance man. Let me get on the maintenance man, he walks around looking sloppy, and clearly he be drunk. He shouted out loud that the neighbor had bedbugs, why are you screaming that out loud. You can tell he didn’t make it out of high school. He is definitely a crack head. Moral of review this place is not legit ."

"July 27,2023 I live at this apartment complex and let me just say that the unprofessionalism that the Upper management show to their tenants is really unbelievable, they state in reviews to reach out to them via email but they never respond no matter how many follow up emails you send and when you go speak to them in person they are rushing you out so they don’t have to deal with you. They charge you so many fees even when you show them proof that it’s not your responsibility they would just stop responding and forget about trying to speak to the actual manager they don’t even work on this property they work out of a different one and those reviews are worst than this one. Being almost physically and verbally assaulted by non tenants/visitors, car being damage due to other tenants not parking properly as well as, other tenants children knocking on doors asking for money, making a messy in common areas and pool, parent’s are not supervising them at all. There is no security cameras only in the main entrance which is pointless because all non tenants/ homeless are coming from the back entrance where no camera are. It’s sad that they would only probably reach to me after this because it’s posted on a public forum."

"I enjoy living at Sedona Ridge. The Asst Manager Michelle is very helpful. Alvin as Maintenance is great at his job. He's been able to do the necessary work to resolve issues that occur. But, until recently there was no way to reach anyone during an emergency. All of the numbers listed were not emergency numbers. Hopefully, this issue will now be resolved."

"I don’t know what I would have done with out these people they are the freaking best I have no complaints The apartment is beautiful the area is not bad at all it’s my kids fill so much at home here we came from Rialto CA for a new job I have they moved me in , in a timely matter there was nothing I can say but these people are the best"
