"DO NOT MOVE HERE! THIS PROPERTY IS LITERALLY THE MOST DISORGANIZED AND MESSIEST PROPERTY IVE EVER LIVED AT! I have had to contact them multiple times regarding move out fees that DON’T apply to me and they’re asking me to PROVIDE PROOF of when I moved out, when THEY SHOULD HAVE A COPY OF THAT! IVE had multiple instances where they have LOST paper work I have provided them with and they just swept it under the rug because of their mistakes (not requiring the paper work anymore from me because I got upset that they lost it). THEY ARE SO MESSY AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN THO YOU WEREN'T THERE AND YOU GAVE THEM THE KEYS WHEN LEAVING! I AM CURRENTLY WAITING for them to provide me with paper work that they have to look for in order for them to see I moved out before the date stated on the move out sheet that’s they charged me multiple months after for!!!!!!! I HAVE CONTACTED THE OWNERS for this problem because I know it won’t be resolved with the office, as I was told the first time I called that the previous manager that I gave keys with wasn’t there anymore and it’s pretty much up in the air! This is the worse experience I’ve ever had! This is a dirty property on top of them not being organized! Please be prepared for all types of disorganization, save your time and go look somewhere else!!"
"I am thoroughly convinced they are botting or paying off people for positive reviews. Management is disorganized and straight-up shady and will LIE to you! They charge for random stuff, including trying to charge us AFTER we finally got out of that horrible place and paid everything off they tried to pull something out of thin air AFTER the fact to squeeze more money out of us for some random Made up fees that they NEVER told us about (and when calling us, claiming that we should've known somehow like we can read minds?? It was not written in ANY paperwork or EVER disclosed to us until after we paid everything off and moved) Our heat was broken all throughout winter and work orders to fix it never came through. Gate is ALWAYS broken, causing multiple cars to be STOLEN constantly (and our own car too!!! The security does NOTHING to address this). Amenities are lied about as well as being 24/7, when at best the pool is barely ever open and the gym closes around whenever the office closes. When asked about it at the front office, they, again, LIE and just say "oh the pool will be open next week". Cue MONTHS until it ever opened! We have had things snatched if left outside our own damn door for a short period of time. Management does not care about the tenants actually living there whatsoever! Shady and unreliable. Do NOT rent here you will regret it!!"
"The management at this complex is the WORST! There have been 5 managers and 100 leasing agents over the last year. They overcharge for nonexistent service due to incompetency, several times over the last few months water is shut off, flooding inside apartments, pool is barely open during summer, supposed to have 24 hour gym and they don’t EXTREMELY slow with fixing maintenance orders, gate constantly broken causes cars to be broken into and random people coming in the complex. office sends rude emails/texts to the entire community. I do NOT recommend this complex in any shape or form. Excited to end my lease when it’s up"
"I would select 0 stars if it were an option. Apartment was very nice and we were excited at the thought of living here, BUT the office is a joke! We viewed the apartment on 11/27 and were told we qualified for the 2 months free rent but not the free apply. When we went to the website to apply nothing showed the 2 months free so my husband called the next day to inquire as to why it didn’t show. The lady that was helping him said we didn’t qualify for the 2 months free but we did get the free apply because of move in date but 2 employees told us the day before we did and they were aware of our move in date. She said let me get you the manager, he was on hold 37 minutes and no one picked up. He called back and they said they would have the mgr call. She never called. I called that afternoon, left a message, no one called. It’s now Wed and I left yet another message and still no call. Read all the reviews before you decide to sign a lease. If they care this little about helping you get into the apartment I seriously doubt they will care about you as a resident. I rent from a Cushman & Wakefield property now and they are awesome. It truly surprises me that this company allows this level of incompetence I see the response and obviously you didn't pay attention to the review. That is part of the issue we tried for 2 days to get and no one returned our call and the 2 times we got through 1- he was on hold over 30 mins 2- they said Mgr would call us back. I tried to address the discrepancy but can't address if no one returns our calls. And you have both our numbers you could reach out to us"
"I have been a resident since March 2016. I have been letting the leasing office know that my toilet has been running, submitted work order requests, calling, and going inside. Nothing was done. my apartment flooded.. every inch covered in sewer water as I was asleep. I woke up at 3 am to use the restroom as I am 7 months pregnant now floor full of water from a work order not being completed after weeks. I’ve been contacting the office since October 6 to get my apartment checked for mold & disinfected. Nothing has been done. I was told they would do this and replace my baseboards.. nothing done. today is 11/28. I have called, left voicemails, emailed, etc. I have not gotten a response. I used to really like the management & the maintenance but they have not been doing good in almost 2 years. I’m pregnant and should not be stressing about if mold is growing in my apartment. That’s so nasty. I can’t believe I am being treated this way after being a resident for almost 10 years!!! When I moved here I paid half of what I pay now. for the same unit. they have added a bunch of new fees and raised other fees. it’s ridiculous. I’m paying for things that i’m not even getting. don’t waste your money. No refund was even offered for my toilet running, water being wasted. same with my tub, 3 months ago. leaking boiling hot water all day. No fees reversed or anything. Maintenance didn’t even come fix that for 2 months. I’m sick of them"
