"I am a current resident, DEFINITELY not worth moving into . The office is very unprofessional, they make us pay monthly for onsite washer and dryer , then told me I have to call a 3rd party company because the office don’t deal with the washer and dryers . Maintenance also enter my yard area and broke a decoration I have hanging on my wall and I never got a replacement or apology for anything . WORST PLACE TO LIVE !!!!!! People should be Runnin from this place !!"

"Worst experience. You won't be able to contact them unless you walk to the office. They do not answer phone, only no-reply emails, no emergency maintenance contact ( asking registration code which never heard on website). So you have no way to contact them if the office hours passed. First day, whole floor was full of dead/live bugs. They still charged for the cleaning fee. (I will post all pictures if they don't give back.) They are charging for 'pest control' and 'damage waiver fee' every month. I've seen the pest control guy one time a year ago. Damage waiver fee, without any notification. (is this even legal?) Way too many minor problems&stresses. Basically, It's not worth. Not even cheapest apartment. You won't get what you paid for. Just avoid Edit: So I'm uploading the photos of the first day. Because they actually charged cleaning fee and Extra cleaning fee from the Security Deposit. Pigs"

"Worst front office I’ve ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and invasive into your private endeavors. I never write reviews but this needed to said. They can’t thoroughly explain the rules they enforce, but will mark you down as an offender regardless. The lady who I signed my lease with lied to me about not knowing the owner’s name and number until I kept asking for it(major red flag) and the head office manager is an emotional train wreck that will raise her voice become dismissive at the slightest inconvenience in a discussion. The ugliness of this place is vastly overshadowed by the sheer incompetence and constant harassment from the management of this complex. We have another 11 months here and we will try to make the most of it but it makes sense why there were so many vacancies when we first applied. I MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT be renewing any type of lease with them in the future. I’m sure if the tenants before me could talk to me they would have warned me what we were getting into. Sad PS: Now my family(who were once ecstatic about the move here) don’t even feel comfortable living here having to walk on eggshells. It’s only been 3 weeks!!!! The other 1 and 2-star reviews are so spot on. Danielle is running this place into the ground from, if for nothing else a morale standpoint. Without her this place would flourish with re-signers."

"I've lived here for a little under 5 years and I can honestly say it is the worse. When my son and I moved in the community was clean, it had a little garden and the pool and grill area were usually clean.. In the last 2 years I've sadly watched our small community be bought out multiple times.. We've had new owners come in and out then resell within months.. Previous management lost majority of this years payments for various HUD tenants so we're holding a balance over our heads and no one can explain it!! No one is talking accountability as well as the rent shooting up 600 in the last year and none of the files are accurate.. I regret resigning a lease and can't wait to be out of it.. If I could give this property .5 a star I would."
