"They charged fees on top of fees. A $30.00 fee to keep the property clean, which is already their responsibility. I had over $150 worth of fees on top of the rent. It's ridiculous. The apartments are old. The A/C is noisy. It's not worth the exuberant rent they want to charge."

"My move in was very easy, with no hassles. The office staff are very professional and transparent. My unit is a good value for the price I pay, no pests, clean, and the minor issues upon move in were fixed in less than 24 hours. The area is quiet and well maintained."

"Moving into this apartment complex is easy, but once you're in your apartment it is very hard to get a hold of the office or get any kind of help. I could never get through with phone. And when I do the lady are extremely rude and very unprofessional. They need to do allot better, Since day one there are cockroaches in the apartment I've put in numerous working orders to get my apartment sprayed down, and they will send a text message saying that the work order was completed though nobody came to my apartment nobody sprayed the inside or the outside. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I could leave. When it rains my roof leaks all over my TV and they had someone tried to come patch it with duck tape. If I could give zero Stars I definitely would"

"We are glad to leave a review we been busy working and going to college but anyhow we been living here 9 years place has been upgraded to looking great with rocks plants and also painted. We are planning to stay here no matter what. We love it here this is our home our place. The new owners and staff as well as maintenance are doing their best in fixing whatever needs to be fixed at the best of their abilities. This place looks a lot better also since they fixed up tennis court areas with a dog park area. The play ground areas barbecue areas. So it is a great place. We enjoy living here. We been here so many years. And at night time it is great it's quiet and people mind their own business. There's nobody hanging out in laundry rooms at all. Like I said since this new company and owners been here we even got blessed with new shaded mailboxes areas. And new look.....so yes make this your new home give it a try. Trust and believe if I didn't like it here I would say ...but THIS COMPANY AND NEW OWNERS HAVE DONE GREAT IN FIXING UP THE PLACE AND YES THEY ALL DO CARE!!! SO YESSS COME TRY THESE NICE GREAT APARTMENTS...ITS CLOSE TO STORES THE STRIP THE FREEWAY CASINOS BUS STOPS ETC"

"This place is a joke… the maintenance is poor. Laundry room is nasty no cleaning at all… office know about it and just say we know… For the same money you can get better places.. charge 30 dollars CAM fee for maintenance on what…"
