"This place would be paradise if someone else were managing it. I have lived here for 1.5 years now. I have seen 2 property managers, both of them are fluent in lies. The first one stole a certified letter from me, read it, then called me to discuss the contents of the letter. A week later she was promoted and transferred to another property. This is a no smoking property and the management encourages the people below me to smoke inside their apartment knowing that I have severe health issues. The smoking has been going on for about 1 year now. There was a small break over the past summer, maybe nicotine patches were on sale, but it is back in full go mode now. You are probably wondering why they would do this? It's because I am a gay man. They can't come right out and say that they love their gay residents deeply closeted. I mean, totally unclockable and you're golden, girl. However some of the residents, the ones that sit in the office with the door closed to chat with management don't like that "fruity-tooty" business where they live. If I could afford to move into another place that was as nice as mine (no bars on these windows) I would do it, but I can't. So here I will stay, with my rainbow banner proudly hung outside my door, until all the second hand smoke-passive aggressive harassment finishes me off. If you have read this far, do yourself a solid and try another place, unless your name is Karen, then who knows?"

"Truthfully my Mama lives there, it's a 55 and up senior living apartments. Not the best management, they don't really care about the people that live there, they just want to make money off them, without having to repair or upgrade certain safety concerns. The availability of basic entertainment such as library room or billiard room are curtailed because maintenance person can't be bothered to do their job, and unlock the rooms in the AM and lock them at the end of the day. Why do they do this? Because homeless people have been found sleeping in there!"
