The apt was sprayed, but the roaches came back worse than ever. We had to move out because of the roaches. We had to throw away our furniture because the roaches had infested the furniture! We are calling the health department. Don't listen to the mgmt's answer. They are never responsive when you are living there!!!"

"UPDATE: I've emailed them about it but nope, no call back and no email back.The leasing office still hasn't followed up and failed to answer my emails even though they read and response to google reviews. Shows how they only care the review rating but not the actual, current tenants. Original post: It seems the management is very money-driven with no effort to understand the tenants. I've been a good tenant. Never caused issues, never been late with payments. Today, I went to the office to give my 60-day move out notice as I'll be relocating out of state for a job. I have three months left on the lease but I already paid this month's rent, so technically only two months payment left. As I'm giving my 60-day notice, I let them know about the situation and that I'll be paying my FULL remaining rent but that I'll have to move out earlier than my lease expiration date. HOWEVER, the management told me that even if I pay FULL remaining rent until my lease ends, the fact that I'm moving out physically early means breaking the lease and now I have to pay 1.5x rent as a penalty and buy-out. I've never had this issue before. I've vacated my apt early before because I moved to a new apt before my lease ends, etc. and as long as I pay my rent, no apt has ever given me any issue. Just do the walk-out early, return the key and pay the remaining rent and that was it. Here, I have to pay MORE than what I would actually pay if I just stayed until my lease ends. So even though my lease ends early May and even though I said I'm paying for the full rent until then, simply because I'm not physically in my unit until the last day of lease, they say I have to pay 1.5x your rent as a penalty. Since I only have two more rents to go, I'm actually paying more than my actual full term lease and not even using the space for the full term...This makes no sense and sounds so unconscionable but they basically said that's our lease so oh well. Other than the above, the location is good and the price is average but my unit has cockroaches. It's been sprayed several times but that's only a temporary fix. So many stuff were wrong when I moved in as well (drawers that wouldn't close, windows that won't open, stained blinds, etc.). The fact that it's like 15 mins away from my work made other issues okay but today's incident told me to avoid this management company at all cost in the future."

"I had to update my rating. Don’t move here if you have a problem with roaches!! Management and the property is nice . However, it became uninhabitable to live there. I did the necessary steps to remove myself from there. But was charged .3600$ on my credit report. Not happy with that. Didn’t try to reach out. Everyday I had to change the pads because of the infestation"
