Sundance Village Apartments

"we moved out lucky but our apartment had mold. we reported multiple times until the leak got so bad they couldn’t ignore it. they don’t care about car break ins or safety. there is also roaches and it’s dirty. would not recommend these apartments even to my worst enemy."

"I have lived at Sundance Village since June of 2016 I absolutely love my home but some of the rules should not be in force or changed and office people can be irritating at times , for instance this community is family oriented but the children Cannot ride bikes, skateboards hover boards etc and no motorcycles are not allowed in the community ( so with this rule the community should not be child friendly if the child is not going to be able to play. Then today January 20th I went to Meadows Mall ( I get around in a power wheelchair) upon getting back to the property ( Sundance Village) my battery was flashing 1 light so I went into the office right into the recreation area and plugged my chair in to charge and wait for someone to become available so I could ask for a parcel that was delivered for me and Maria come up beside me and said something along the lines of she didn't know something, weather it was about my charging my wheelchair up or what I was unclear I said to Maria that I was charging my chair for a few minutes and if she could check about my pkg , she went and got it put it in 1 of my bags for me and I ask if I needed to sign for it ( which the book that the residents sign is off into the corner of the office that is blocked by desks and office chairs ( which is not very wheelchair friendly)and if there is customers being helped at 2 of the desks surrounding the table with the book for signing for parcels then the residents with a handicap cannot get to the book ( the table and book was just off to the right side of the entrance door before and it should return to that area again"

"I just want to say our exterminator Daniel is very professional always polite always explains the needs and always makes sure he takes his time and solves the issue."

"They fixs things when they want too,but then have the nerve too put every miscellaneous Note or paper on your day,the laundry facility never has hot water for over ten plus years,laundry is always filthy and dirty with drug addicts who don’t live here come and wash there clothes,The maintenance people here Never fixes anything In the Correct Way something should be fixs,there late fees change every week if you do not pay attention,they honor nothing here,and this place is a complete DISASTER!!!!!! You HAVE been warned!!!!!"

"I like it here. Everyone is to themselves. You will get a "hi". But, what more do you want, I don't know people like that. Place stays clean, this is also true. Tons of parking spots. It is on its way up. I have seen many improvements."
