"Don’t rent here , management is full of lies and they don’t care of helping you , they ask too many questions and questions that they aren’t supposed to ask you , for instance when is the next pay raise you will get , and I keep giving them my steady job information and the pay stubs were current and they wanted more information , they veryfied I work but keep insisting my boss call them , but my company doesn’t allow that . People living there asked me to be careful with management cuz they willlook for anything to evict you and accuse you off, also they make up things just to fine you , don’t come To this place to rent ."

"This place is horrible with communication I emailed to find out if they had any openings coming up and if they didn't if they had a wait list I can be added too days later I got a reply they called me someone's name in the email then the lady said that they had a 2 bedroom coming up for mid March and she would send me info on what to do to apply and I haven't heard nothing back since. I been calling which no one ever answer the phone I been sending emails and gotten no reply I tried again today same thing. First bad impression of this property I will look else will no longer try to contact them for information because no one responds back"

"We absolutely love it here so far. We have not had any problems the neighbors are great the staff is amazing and super kind and helpful. Maintenance does a fantastic job at fixing issues I have had. Coming from Utah to vegas we couldn’t be happier with this apartment complex. And to top it off my daughter lost her little silly putty toy and Angelica from front desk went above and beyond and got her some new little toys and put the biggest smile on my daughters face."
