"I inquired several times about leasing an apartment and it is simply impossible to speak with someone. Every time I called the automated system stated other customers were being assisted and asked for me to leave a message for a prompt call back. That never happened. Then surprisingly I received an email from them and replied to it once and a second time asking them to call me after no initial response from my reply. I liked this place but if this is how they unprofessionally operate then no thank you. It's their loss, not mines!"

"Impossible to contact. I was able to speak to someone initially after calling a couple of times, and I was told there would be a unit available towards the end of this month. Well here I am with a couple follow up questions that I guess I'll never be getting an answer to. Checking my call log, over the last 10 days I've called over 20 times, left multiple voicemails, sent contact inquiries through their website, as well as sending emails. Phone line just goes to an automated system where you can leave a voicemail that will never be followed up on. If you're looking to rent here and can't get someone on the phone within the first one or two calls you most likely will just be wasting your time like I clearly have at this point."

"Have lived here a few months now, and I've loved the experience. The management is super responsive to questions if one asks! For example, our family was pretty heavily affected by the government shutdown and we asked what options and help were available. The management really went above and beyond for us when we did, and saved our butts! It is a good property to live in, and if you move in, participate in the community efforts here too. We can all make this place even better!"
