"I lived here for about 2 years and it was not a great experience to say the least. Communication was horrible the office was always unorganized and the front desk was always rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to help you. Not only were they rude but also extremely difficult to get in touch with as phone calls were rarely answered or returned. Property grounds were also terrible and very dirty. Trash was absolutely everywhere as well as dog poop everywhere you looked. The maintenance workers were always very nice but often took a little bit of time to respond to orders. The apartment its self was ok but you definitely get the renters special with hair and dirt painted into the walls. The walls were also pretty thin and we have had to report neighbors for loud and obnoxious noise. There was also a huge cockroach problem and I had pest control come out but I wanted to be home at time of service so I asked that they knocked and see if I was home before coming in to spray this only happened once and they never came back."

She’s made going the process of filling out an application so much easier. She’s helped with the numerous questions we’ve had and graciously answered every one. "Place is an absolute cesspit. Tried to move my gf in on the set date they continued to push back as hadn't completed renovations. Then when toured cockroaches in the newly renovated. I forced my way as had to get a unit there on 9 month lease shortest I could do and realized ghetto people and beat up cars car insurance went up due to placing it as residence. Overall don't move here greystar communities are trash. Last month rent has to be a cashier's check. I've lived in 10 different apartment complexes and never have I had to do a cashier's check on final month. Online payment should be available."

"I just moved into my studio apartment, November 2023 and I LOVE IT!! the space is great just right for me and my dog I don't mine the fact I have not patio there are so many unique features with this unit (like the very cute hidden shelf behind the kitchen sink) and the open ceiling area in the living room great for decorating oh don't forget the small french doors open from the bedroom window side. If you are looking for a place this will work for everyone I so happy with my decision to move here!!!! The pool and the game/hang out has so much to offer the tenants check it out on-line. The office staff is nice and helpful Shay is very pleasant but the other lady (don't know her name) not so nice she surely hates her job. Mia is a superstar she helped me thought my entire process even with my issues emailing paperwork she took the time out to help me. She was off and before she left for 3 days, she took care of me to ensure I would move into my apartment on time her attention to detail and follow through is something you do run across often. I hope management know what a great employee she truly is. Ps. I read the reviews about the roaches, and I have those issues also, but I have no reason to believe that the office will take care of it.
