"Garbage this place is a dump the management company is trash and so is the owner he won't do nothing about the plumbing issues and there is black water always backing up in tubs and sinks and the Owner does nothing to fix not to mention the bugs bed bugs and rats And homeless camps all around the place"

"The apartment management is completely garbage! I seen lady die and hit their heads off their poorly managed stairs! The stairs are shaking and mess up and apartments haven’t fixed it ! The management wouldn’t fixed anything ! Been staying there for years and their plumbing is bad and Mary is unhelpful and her man that also works there don’t know how to fixed anything even if instructions was was glued to his face! The rent is going up but quality of living has gone way way down! There is sometimes homeless people sleeping in their Laundromats as well ! Be careful of of potter he known for being touchy and Mary again wouldn’t do anything about it"

"I moved here Nov2022 any problems I had Mary was hands on , I never use laundry room I just utilize pool when my grandkids came to town . Really didn’t like the area but I stayed in back by the wall very quiet everyone spoke some people were not so friendly or didn’t understand English . All the food places are in walking distance etc I have to move back to where I’m from for health issues but I’m grateful Mary have me a chance"

"Neighbors stare at your windows like creeps The place is always surrounded with cop cars and scetchy activity is consistent. Got 2 random people trying to fight me next to the dumpster for no reason Laundry room always with broken machines even right after being repaired"

"Older apartments that are a little rundown but not horrible. Decent laundry facilities, management that seems overworked but functions, occasionally somewhat noisy but nothing crazy. The location is nice if you like easy walking distance to a gas station and a small handful of restaurants, and I imagine the location is even better if you're a student. The neighborhood gets a little sketchy at night but not nightmarish. Pricing is decent but nothing to brag to your friends about. Not luxury, but not bad. Probably better than worse. The epitome of 3 stars."
