"I just want to say living here has been great with no issues in this beautiful community. Even more welcoming when they have staffs like Brett who provides such excellent services! After the usual annual inspection, he asked if there's anything else I need. I was shock because no one has asked me that before in any apartments I have lived in! On top of that he has assisted me with my little issue at home and he got it done quickly! despite being busy! Thank you so much! This one is a keeper!"

"If you submit a service request, usually it takes a few days for them to respond but lately the service has been very efficient. Reported the issue with the heater and in couple of hours this guy Britt came and fixed it in less than 10 min. Even changed the filters and everything and checked for other issues. Good job. Getting better everyday"
