"Front desk and management not friendly and very rude. I overheard on my camera the front desk lady who was showing and apartment saying she can't stand alot of the renters and she doesn't like her job at times and some renter smell, that is being very unprofessional and she also said no I'm to tired to show you that side of the apartments. Definitely is not professional"

"It's really pretty here, but the application fee is almost $400, and they don't show you the apartment you're interested in before you pay the $300 "holding deposit." They show you the model apartment only. 3 stars since you can't only pay the $65 application fee and no one mentions that at all until after you elect to only pay the application fee on their website."

"The apartment complex has been nothing but good to me and my boyfriend. Every time we need something fixed or just a question answered, there is no hesitation and staff is always willing to help and be there for you. Such a quiet clean community, we love it here."

"We have moved to different units at this complex as our family has grown. We have chosen to remain here because the staff make it so easy. We have seen management change but the staff is always polite and willing to help. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. They are also very nice and I never worry about them coming into our apartment whether no one's home or if I'm by myself. The complex is kept clean. For the area it's a pretty good rate I think.
