The interior was just impeccable all I needed was a one bedroom one bath I feel good about downsizing the aesthetics is absolutely gorgeous the designer was on point excellent choices. The leasing agent was so professional and so kind and caring and very patient. I had a break in of my automobile from the location where I'm living now and I happen to drive by Southern Highlands saw it off the freeway and I came in there and she was so receptive and greeted me immediately and then took me to the model for the one bedroom I was so impressed I'm still thinking about it even to the next day. I wish it was more affordable for me I am a senior on a fixed income but if I tell you I was able to afford it I would not even hesitate I would sign the same day for the apartment townhouse is absolutely gorgeous the community everything beautiful location. "The office team is amazing compared to the past leasing and manager. I went to the office with a few items that I needed fix and the manager was so helpful she placed the work order in and had it scheduled for a day and time that I would be there. After the work was completed she personally called me and made sure I was happy with the results, which I was. I will be renewing."

"I read a couple of views online, and I was a little scared to move into the place because of the reviews but I can say since I have moved.. everything has been quite perfect. Quiet, clean, friendly neighborhood.. and the maintenance man Mauricio… very very helpful, professional, patient. I can say I barely moved in the unit and I did have a few things wrong.. He was very patient with me, I talk a lot he listened, And he fixed everything in a great timely manner.. I was wondering what all those reviews complaining about…. just ask for Mauricio.. he’ll get the problem fixed in no time! In a great timely manner. I never ever had to wait over 24 hours.. Both times he came way sooner than I expected.. The second time he even had to come back because I wasn’t ready, and he came back again in a timely manner. He’s just a nice guy.. I live alone And I always feel comfortable around him.. And usually that’s rare with maintenance men. I enjoy the neighborhood, I have no problems. Thanks for giving me a comfortable place to live And helping me fix any problems.. and a special thanks to Mauricio the maintenance man who has been here dealing with me and all my problems and doing nothing but being kind and fixing them.
