"Do yourself and your family a favor and go anywhere else! I lived there for 5 years and after they switched management it has gone so down hill. Office is hardly ever open, pool closed all through the summer, if something breaks in your apartment it will be weeks to months before it's even looked at, let alone fixed. Scorpion problems all the time even after they spray, and most interior issues get fixed with the slumlord special, paint over it or duct tape. Rent will increase by hundreds but they will not renovate while you live there. Kids park was a death trap, huge crack in the slide, took them almost a year to finally decide to fix it. Only people I liked were the maintenance guys, they were very friendly once they get around to fix your problem. My lease was up in August, so I moved out August 1st, office tried to bill me for the entire month of September. How can you bill someone for a new lease they did not sign? Clearly this complex is run by money hungry thieves."

"Rather than replace my carpet after a recent flood, they insisted on replacing the padding underneath and laying down the same carpet. On top of that they didn’t even cut all of the soaked padding from underneath all sections of the room. I took it upon myself to continue to cut as much of the soaked padding to improve the drying process. My children even assisted me in doing so because their floor is still soaked and the fans are so noisy . I slept through my alarm before work due to all of the noise . My livingroom smells musty and I have three industrial fans running all day and night and they said they shouldn’t have to reimburse me for my electric because it would “only be 50 cents for all of that .” In conclusion, I really do not like to leave reviews like this, but I am afraid that mold has already set in and my concerns with the building is going on deaf ears ."

"I've lived here for over 4 years and staff and management has never been WORSE! They have raised my rent over $300 dlls this last time I needed to renew and they offered absolutely nothing in return. The pool didn't open all season, the gym is only open during office hours (if that!) and they do not have maintenance on the weekends or at night. A couple months ago I had an emergency to where my apartment had water coming from the ceiling and it flooded and they took hours to respond because there was nobody available. When I ask for maintenance to complete some jobs is excuse after excuse every single time. They say they come in but the actually DON'T! I took the day off work to be here while they said they were coming to do some work and clean my carpets and I even called the office to confirm they said they were going to come and they never did! I was here the whole day and they were never here! The other day they came in without knocking or calling and my teenage daughter was inside by herself compromising her safety and security. They people are rude, disrespectful and terrible to work with! I hope management changes soon again because the last year this place has gone down hill terribly!"

"TLDR; from a long-time renter here, go find better for the same price or cheaper. Wish I could give a zero. The current office staff are the most unwelcoming group my household has had the displeasure of interacting with. Their personalities are sunshine and roses until you actively rent an apartment, then good luck even getting them to look your way. They'll do everything in their power to charge an arm and a leg for basic household amenities, which you will never receive new replacements for until they've completely broken. Even then, the replacements are used and filthy appliances from another unit. Office staff have repeatedly demonstrated a complete lack of simple communication both between themselves and their overworked maintenance crew. If you put in a repair request for a bathroom appliance, they'll send maintenance over to fix your dishwasher three weeks later. They'll put a note on your door saying that it's time to renew your lease with a three hundred dollar rent increase, then yell at you for not requesting an appointment when it was never stated to do so to begin with. They'll push staff workers out that actually bother telling current or potential tenants about programs that could help alleviate monthly bills. They'll never tell you about the discounts you can get with cox, some cell phone providers, and even split rent because that would be considered actually caring for their tenants instead of viewing them as dollar signs."

"The pool was supposed to be open this May. My family has to use the pool at other apartment complexes near by where our friends reside. It’s just another inconvenience we have to endure. To make matters worse, when we call the office regarding this issue they are rude and unsympathetic. We were told that the pool won’t be open until summer but the manager may open it for Memorial Day weekend. We think it’s poor management especially in Las Vegas where the temperatures are expected to reach triple digits next week. We went from paying $881 for a low income apartment, to them raising the rent tremendously and yet we can’t use our pool, the jacuzzi is still not working which has been this way for over 3 years, the slide at the playground still has a huge crack in it, the gym not remodeled or upgraded. For the price we pay here now, things need to be changed and discussed fairly for the residents that reside here."
