"The staff (Della) is amazing. She worked with me as I needed help with EVERYTHING. She was kind, patient and supportive. Della was very sensitive to my special needs and worked with me past any breaks I’m sure we both needed. Della will forever be THE reason moving became less stressful for me. The walk through was timely and the maintenance folks found minor things that I didn’t notice. Thank you for that. I hate moving but not this time. Thank you Della!"

"I had a tour alongside Shakema, and it was very pleasant. The complex itself seemed very cozy and close knit. It has a great feel for smaller families with children. The units look exactly how the photos show online. Very snug and warm. Looking forward to moving here with my little family. Shakema was awesome! Very accommodating to myself and my 3 year old and 6-month old during the viewing."

"I appreciate this office so much. The ladies are always super helpful. Anytime we need something they are on it! If they don’t answer, if you leave a voicemail they always call you back! Maintenance has been amazing too. If you’re looking for a spot this is a great place to land"

"These apartments the scammers they racist they don’t like African-Americans also they have got hidden cameras in apartment I only lived there for six months, and they got the nerve to evict me and while I was there for six months, my room and up having black mold, and had to get it repaired, the manager did not want to move me into a new apartment or put me in a hotel room so I had to sit there with my two children and go to the black mold right after I got done fixing my room up I am getting evicted because I made a lot of complaints about the mold in my my house smell like mildew The manager is racist she don’t like African-Americans. Most of the African-Americans was moved into that apartment complex was moving out are getting evicted some weird way. I recommend nobody go to this apartment. I don’t understand why they got four or five stars he got now somebody’s lying."

"Our leasing agent Shakema walked us through the process and always stayed in contact diligently to make sure everything was complete and correct. Even when we stopped in without an appointment she was always able to help and made time for us. I really appreciated that."
