"Love this community. Welcomed by kind staff, helpers & residents. Professional smooth transition.. invited to so many wonderful group activities & events already. Amazed by the wonderful seniors I have met & lovely staff that keep all this going. It is so peaceful.. gorgeous landscape... elevators make it so nice.. views are exceptional.. courtyard views of the strip, sunrise mountain are spectacular & Lone Mountain is magnificent at sunset. I feel invited, relaxed, safe & at home. Conveniences are abundant. Sparkling clean, well maintained, beautiful & friendly. Heated pool/spa, activities dir/gym, community cnt, shuttle, laundry, mail, lounging areas, reception is grand with the fountain & porte cochere. My apartment is perfect, quiet, private & I feel secure here. Utilities minimal & all appliances new. Such a wonderful place to live in Las Vegas for seniors so affordable. Superior for active adults. I love it here.. I feel honored & proud to be a part.. I recommend Destinations Overture.. Well done.."

"The trash bins Overflow every week. Trash everywhere! Furniture dumped on the other side of the fence by R apartment. Eye sore to look at everyday. Been there for almost 2 weeks! I called the office for something this morning. And the person who answered the phone sounded like they didn't want to be bothered. I mentioned that and he pretty much agreed. I could keep going with tons of complaints but it doesn't do any good. We are not happy here. But we just moved in the end of September. So nothing we can do for several more months"

"My wife and I moved into Destinations/Pebble in September and have had an enjoyable experience. The staff was accommodating and helped make our transition smoothly by answering our questions and concerns. Ariel, from the maintenance department, has a great personality and promptly fixed a couple of minor issues in our unit. The property is immaculate and well-maintained. The amenities and activities that are offered make it a genuinely active community! We love that the location is close to many stores and conveniences. The neighbors we have met so far have been amiable, engaging, and helpful. I recommend Destinations/Pebbles to anyone considering moving to a 55+ active community!"
