"Beautiful apartments. Ofc staff friendly esp. David. Amenities are awesome. But it's mostly about the optics (visual appeal), most of the amenities can only be used by you and one guest; no small/large groups ever. The maintenance crew are polite and efficient (handle work orders in a timely manner). And like others, I loved the floor plan which showcases a huge island. My recommendations are to document, document, document upon moving in, during your stay and esp.when moving out. And TAKE PICTURES of everything. I emphasize everything. They expect for you to DEEP CLEAN!!! upon moving out. Bottom line: I eally think, their aim is to KEEP your deposit and gain additional fees by accusing you of damaging the flooring or something else...typical for Vegas! Only way around it, is small claims court."

"Everything was easy from applying to moving in! Ashley helped me and she was phenomenal!! It’s pretty quiet for the most part, the townhomes are spacious with a nice layout and landscaping is very beautiful. I’m really enjoying going to the gym too. Thank you for the $100 gift card too!!"

"This is by far the worst apartment renting experience I have ever encountered. All the way back in July of 2021, I came to tour Level 25 at the Cactus location. When I walked into the office, I told Ashley that I was interested in acquiring a one-bedroom. She was very rude, and unapproachable, never greeted me with a smile, and refused to show me the property. I thanked her for her time and left. I had a much better experience with the staff at the Durango and Oquendo location. Our application got approved when we applied at the Durango location, but my husband and I wanted to specifically live in the Southern Highlands area because we were familiar with the area and loved the location. So, we asked the property manager at the Durango location to transfer our application over, boom, not a problem at all. Ana, the leasing agent at the time gave my husband and me a tour of the Cactus location and started handling our application process. We informed her several times that there is a dent in our refrigerator, and we were never brought a replacement. Fast-forward to now Ashley tried to charge us $400 for the refrigerator for damages that we did not commit! I find it very strange how the last resident was charged for the damages but yet, the refrigerator never got replaced prior to our move-in. It's things like this that make me angry and makes me question if the staff here are racist. Overall, our experience here was very uncomfortable. We were never told that our unit is right next to a dog park. The residents were constantly slamming the gate at 6 in the morning talking very loud right next to our bedroom window. Also, the maintenance is lazy and refuses to do their jobs the correct way. We should not be charged for drywall in the bathroom that maintenance just decided to paint over. It was never supposed to be a paint touch-up! My husband and I were nice and respectful tenants. We cleaned the apartment very well and were still charged a $60 cleaning fee. This place is literally a joke and I have ALWAYS received all of my deposit money back. Ashley has literally walked past me numerous times without greeting me. I really don't like her attitude or her vibe at all. I strongly believe racism here does exist and I am truly glad to no longer be a tenant here."

"I've lived here at Level 25 at cactus for just over 9 months with my family. We love it!! Ashley and Robin were so helpful during our application and moving process and made eveything smooth and easy. Robin and Ashley are always there to answer any question or concern we have big or small. They are awesome!! The amenities are amazing and so convenient for little ones and big ones. We love the club house and all it has to offer. It has two pools that we enjoy daily. My kids and I enjoy working out in the gym and cycling studio. We recently upgraded our living space to their E1 model townhouse and could not be more happier! Robin took very good care of us during the transfer period and helped us with any concerns along the way. We love our new place to call home."

"We toured with Tammy who was AMAZING!! We have moved, lived, toured with, and dealt with so many apartment complexes and their staff and by far this was the BEST experience we have ever had. When we met Tammy, this apartment complex was the first one we toured and after meeting her and walking through the tour, we did not want to look any further. She was extremely helpful through the entire process and ensuring that all my questions (many of them) were answered thoroughly and was not once frustrated with me and was so willing to help. She took the time to even provide further assistance by mentioning movers that have excellent service as well and even conversed with my boyfriend and I to make us feel more at ease during our paperwork process. By far the best customer service we have ever experienced with a lasting impression! The area is also wonderful, the community is extremely clean, and the staff is so friendly. We are so excited to move in and county down the days!"
