Element Apartments 8450 West Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89117

"I’m conflicted. The upgraded units are nice but you pay way too much for them. (I found apartments quite literally down the road for $300 less a month). You’re also required to pay for valet trash even if you’ve never used it or will use it. Billback fees that increased each month. The walls, I will say, are thick and you don’t really hear too much from neighbors!! NO SECURITY. My car was STOLEN overnight in my parking spot. Back window smashed, dash tore off and hot wired and no one saw or offered any apologetic compensation?? The master bathtub is the biggest (and slipperiest) tub I’ve ever seen which equals more water which equals more money. The second bath was covered in sticky plaster? Never got fixed despite the three maintenance requests. I just know it’s going to come out of our deposit. The master toilet is the lowest smallest toilet I’ve ever sat on and hurt my knees every time. Forget being a woman around that time of the month trying to change. The water pressure sucked! But it wasn’t all bad; our unit was spacious, the Amazon locker was great, gym was always clean, pool always clean, great area and close to highways."

"It's hard to put into words how much I love this place! The pool view is amazing, and the staff is awesome. Julissa is the best, she's so patient and kind! All of them go above and beyond. Julissa wasn't our consultant but she made sure she took care of us with the best care. It's why we rented. Maintenance comes right away if there's a problem, if you're looking for a place you'll feel at home at Element."

"I visited Element last weekend because I am moving soon and Julissa was fantastic. She welcomed me from the moment I entered the leasing office and made me feel at home right away. One thing that struck me was the number of residents who either waved at her or took a few seconds to greet her as we walked down to look at a unit. (which by the way, she knew every single one of the residents by name). Definitely a green flag, to me it means she is personable and clearly a nice person. The complex has a great gym, well stocked and well organized. I was particularly impressed with their pool! The apartment we were looking at was nice. I'm a bit bummed that they don't have 3 bedrooms, but otherwise, it's a great location!"
