"We tried to get some information as to the process of approval and we’re denied any information and directed to spend $170 which would be non refundable, to apply. We have no idea if an apartment is even available as we were denied a showing of the apartment and again we’re told to spend $170 by applying and when we asked to spend with the manager to clarify some questions we had we were told that we could not speak with Anna, the manager, as she doesn’t accept calls, appointments or walk ins. So maybe they should let her go and hire somebody with some customer experience and appropriate behavior for doing business."

"Old paint wooden fences has old feel & smell 2 expensive 4 old property even paint ,ceiling low needs updating wish build more duplexes single story more options 4 renters only thing I liked about units like own little house."

"This is an older apartment homes but very well managed. Clesn. Security gate. Pool & area. They have garages which are the best. You don't find that in Vegas to often. Also within couple miles to new Raider stadium, could possible walk."
