"PLEASE FIND A COMPANY WHO ACTUALLY LIKES ALL RACES…..Honestly I have never felt more discriminated I toured here and was told false information and when I asked to speak with the manager Tiffany she pretended to not be available and when I came in she proceeded to try and put her hand in my face and stated she did not want to argue with me and that she gave me my money back so leave. It was never about any money, I felt beyond discriminated against it was disgusting people go through so much and to be discriminated against because of my skin color is gross. I am still waiting for corporate to call me I would like to speak with someone, I will not let it go how I felt today I have never been talked to or treated like nothing until I went to San Tropez."

"I moved here a few months ago and haven’t been happier! Staff members, especially James and Tiffany, are super friendly and always willing to help. They listen to my concerns and make me feel heard. The maintenance staff arrives quickly whenever issues arise (I’ve only had one minor issue since moving in). The apartments are kept up to date. The gym and pools are great. The landscaping looks always looks neat and clean. Not to mention, the location isn’t far from the Strip or the airport. I 100% recommend moving here!"

"Lived here for a year until they raised rent $275 a Month (Insane) Pros: - Gym is large with a lot of options & pool is nice. - Location is fair. - Fairly quiet neighbors Cons: - Worst Application process I've ever experienced. They have "Accept or Decline" options, but won't process your application if you decline anything. I even declined an option to which they called me to tell me that I "missed a page to sign" on my application and to come back and fix it. Upon arrival, it was the part of my application that I declined and the lady forced me to re-sign or she said she wouldn't send my application for approval, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. - Was told by the front office lady at the time of unit viewing that they will paint accent walls (They don't) and they were going to get an Amazon Station soon (They didn't) She quit about two weeks after I moved in. Was the same girl that processed my Application. - Unit was dirty when I did first inspection and the NEW carpet was poorly done (I was told that they install new carpet after every tenant.) I had to halt my move in for them to fix it but STILL had to pay the rent for the days. - Upon move in the Microwave did not work, The Air Conditioner did not blow cold air and the Dryer vent was not hooked up. - Turn around of the staff is too frequent that you see a new face anytime you are at the office. - If you move here, prepare to live with Ants. They offer pest control, but it does nothing. I was even told by the office lady when I went back for more and more Ant traps that, "This place was built on Ant Colonies". At the end of my lease and final inspection, I was told that the Carpets were old and needed cleaning (Funny, because they were new a year ago.) I asked how much it would cost to clean and then was asked "How much was your Deposit?"... ... and with that question alone, it should prove to anyone that this place sees their tenants as nothing more than dollar signs, so just be ready for that. I never had a problem with neighbors and everyone in the complex is super friendly."

"San Tropez is the best. I've lived here 5.5 years. The office staff is incredibly friendly and maintenance issues are always fixed in 48 hours, usually 24. Grounds are clean and the landscaping is so pretty. They're also frequently making upgrades to the gym, pool, and common areas. Balconies are often covered by trees, but with enough openness to get lots of natural light. I love this spot - you will too!"
