"The only good thing I have to say about this complex is the maintenance crew is on top of it. But also as we are paying more rent for a “newly renovated” unit there’s a lot of things that shouldn’t be replaced. And the renovation crew did a terrible job on the littlest and biggest things. We expected better as I’ve said we pay more rent for these features. I’ve had good encounters with the front office and I wish I knew this person’s name to give them credit but otherwise the people at the front office do not care for our wellbeing and safety as we’ve had our car towed for “illegal parking” but my car was on the lease and the only reason I couldn’t move it was due my catalytic converter being stolen in the FIRST month of us living here. For this situation they said there was nothing they could do because we were located in an area with no security cameras. This complex also made sure we were aware that they had “24 hr security” but I have never seen a single vehicle labeled security since we’ve lived here. On top of that a month ago our other car had a visible damage as someone obviously tried to break into that vehicle. We chose not to report it as nothing was stolen but also because we knew what they were going to tell us. We didn’t feel it was necessary to get told there was nothing they could do. The gym is never cleaned and smells like garbage and feet. We’ve never used to pool as it was opened late in the summer. And our surroundings are filled with dog poop and loud neighbors. So it’s hard to even enjoy a walk around the complex. The fireplace in the front by the leasing office was nice for about a week but other tenants kids ruined that. It’s hard to enjoy the amenities that we pay for, more than we should all things considered. We really wanted to like this place and make it a home. But it’s far from that."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. This is the WORST place you could ever live! The management team is the most unprofessional and rude people I’ve ever met. Brandi and Chelsea are beyond rude and have ignored our maintenance requests. We had BLACK MOLD growing in our home due to a plumbing issue. Instead of fixing the leak itself, they just cut out the part of the wall with the mold and called it good. Now our roof is leaking and it damaged over $1000 of my property and they refuse to fix it. It’s been over a week and a half and no one has been here. Our whole home reeks of mildew and they could care less. Multiple things in our home have broken and leaked water and they simply do not care. They refuse to give us our money back after charging us for renters insurance for the past 6 months even though we sent documentation that we had our own and they said we were cleared. Now they are telling us that it got rejected ONLY AFTER we complained! We are also being charged extra for a fireplace that HAS NOT WORKED since we moved in 6 MONTHS AGO! They refuse to fix it and keep denying our request for a refund. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE OF LIVING HERE!! They will steal your money and ignore you!!!!!"

"The maintenance team here is really good. They respond to my work orders same day or next day. I would especially like to thank Ray. His work is clean and considerate and he goes above and beyond. He took care of some things in my apartment that I didn't even place tickets for but he noticed I needed. Overall I've been very happy here."

"!!!!!DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! You are guaranteed to run into problem after problem. The gate was broken a majority of the time we lived here and they kept it open at all hours. When they finally “fixed” it, the gate wouldn’t let us residents in even with the code or remote. They don’t have weather guards on the bottom of the doors so when the halls were cleaned water, leaves, and bugs would go into the apartment. When we first moved it we also weren’t informed that the previous owner was a smoker so the apartment reeked of cigarette because they wouldn’t give it a fresh coat of paint. It smelled like that the whole time we lived there, couldn’t get it out the walls and floor. There were gang members near us in the complex as well with LITERAL MACHETES hanging from their cars and would fight and yell outside at all hours of the night. And when it gets hot and your ac breaks it will take days for them to come and fix it for you even in 100+ degree weather. And the pool was closed for most of the summer time!!! When they finally did open it, it lasted like a week then it was closed again for “maintenance” so if the pool is drawing you in, don’t count on it cause it will be closed all the time. The apartment also was having constant water issues, the sink would leak all the time and if you move here you should know they like to randomly shut off the water for the complex all the time with not even a days notice. The washer and dryer it come with also sucks and won’t wash your clothes. In fact, it would leave stains of detergent and softener on our clothes, and when I called for them to fix it we basically got an oh well. We ended up washing our clothes at a family members house the rest of the lease because our washer like I said, stained the clothes and wouldn’t come off. We also had a neighbor above us harassing us because we would complain about his noise. He threw chicken wings on our cars and would throw food on our balcony and he would also blast music all day long. We actually went in the office to complain about it and they said they would speak with him and yet nothing would be done. I had the neighbor next to me complaining about his noise too because even they heard it and they didn’t even live below him! So if you have issues with your neighbor you will not be helped I guarantee you that. They try to sell this as a new nice complex but it’s not, it’s ghetto and was not safe. At night groups of guys would also go and car check the cars to see if any were unlocked. A neighbor warned us of this as soon as we moved it and I saw it happen myself. Also, it is filled with dog poop and the trash cans to dispose of the poop are always filled up and covered in flys. There is also trash all over the main trash cans because they don’t clean up around the trash area. I am writing this to warn others of this complex. Also, you are going to be paying way more then you anticipated because they slap charges on your rent that they don’t warn you about prior to signing your lease so we paid 300 dollars over what we signed on for. Beware of this complex, it’s a cash grab complex that only cares for their own profit. !!!!!!!!!!!!THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"3.8 because of that gate. Crazy rent hikes over the span of 3 years I’ve been here. Great staff for sure. Safe and beautiful. I love the upgrades even though I don’t partake with many amenities.. it’s cute. Shout out to Devin. He’s been so helpful, kind, and down to earth!!!but wait, the maintenance staff are A1!!!!!! I almost forgot to mention how dope they are.. always greeting and being helpful.. they make this community feel good when they roll through on the carts! Ok.. 4 ⭐️s!"
