"I toured twice because I wanted to make sure I gave it a fair chance. I had toured the property a few years back and the property was a disaster, however this time I was pleasantly surprised at how much it had changed/improved. The grounds were clean and quiet both times (went on a weekday and a weekend to compare) The apartments I saw were not models and were actual units that were for rent so I got to see the good the bad and the ugly as far as how previous tenants had left it and each one had things actually being worked on and/or replaced (painting,stove, flooring etc) My tour guide both times was April and she was super nice and patient with me while I looked at every little thing. I had met two other women from the office on my way out but I can’t remember their names, but they were very nice as well. I definitely think the new management company is making positive changes"
"went to look at but the lady that was showing the place off was kind of rude and did not seem to care at all and then when I called a few days later to see if I could see the larger 2 bedroom the other leasing agent told me sometimes they hate their job and that why she was not to happy to show the property. I said if you all hate your job you should find a new and not take it out on customers but I think I hit a nerve cause she hung up on me. I was looking forward to renting there but if this is how they treat new people how would they treat me after I signed a lease."
"I had a great move in experience, the office staff are 10/10 April is who helped me most and she is absolutely wonderful. She helped me with my jetty deposit kept me in the loop about the whole process, even had a move in care package waiting in my new home with some cleaning supplies, soap, scrubby brush, even t.p. and paper towels. The apt is great, perfect size for me, upgraded appliances, nice flooring, bathroom is great. The community and pool areas are nice, very clean and well kept. For a first time renting all on my own this place is awesome, close to 2 parks and any shopping within like 1 mile. 10/10 would def recommend to anyone."
"I can't say enough about the maintenance person named Leo. He has fixed Things In my home on 3 occasions every time he knew exactly what needed to be done. this last time My heating system went out and I was cold for a day. I'm 81 years old with arthritis. He replaced the thermostat within minutes. Xander is very fortunate to have an employee. That is knowledgeable and courteous. I'm very grateful.."
"I am a new tenant in these apartments and I really regret it, since we arrived we have had many problems, to begin with they gave me a dirty apartment, there was a lot of damage to the property, and they had told me that the property was going to be ready when I left. moved. One of the girls who answers the phone is very rude and she hung up on me one time because they wanted me to correct a mistake they had made... and today, November 17, they left me a note stating that I have not paid the rent when I have 2 weeks living here how is that possible??... what kind of staff works here??? If I've been here for 2 weeks, what is waiting for me in 6 months? If I hadn't paid, I wouldn't have been able to move. apart from the fact that maintenance requests take a long time. and it is because they do not have people to work so many units. and the gate is useless, anyone can enter the property. and many packages are stolen... it happened to me the first week. Seriously don't move here... THERE ARE APARTMENTS WITH BETTER ATTENTION TO THE TENANTS. Since I arrived I had bad experiences, I'm just waiting for my contract to end to move... my neighbor plays music at full volume, there are many cats, and my car is all scratchy, they always remove the water and for hours! the gate doesn't work, they told me they were going to fix it and so far nothing. They charge for throwing out the garbage and they don't always pick it up, so I have to take it out. I have seen people peeing on the property, homlees people. The truth is that the place does not feel safe It really was the worst experience, don't rent here... just to tell you a little, they always take off the water, the gate doesn't work, there are always homeless people on the property and the police, the neighbors are super scandalous and the property gives out a number of security where they do nothing! They charge you 30 for the garbage and they don't always take it away. and there's more. but don't be fooled because they will tell you things in the office that are not true, as long as you rent in the property.."
