"shout out to some of the workers here: harvey the maintenance guy: he and i chatted about our favorite music the first day i met him, he’s really easy to talk to and has a wonderful smile. really chill guy christian the maintenance guy: super quick to fix and replace our broken down appliances (even AFTER hours) claire, jenica, & nina are incredible leasing agents with wonderful personalities. claire just gave us breakfast right now on our way to work! it’s packed with pancakes, a sunny D, a banana, and some other stuff i can’t even see cause it’s so packed and put it in my bag to save for later. additionally, there's little activities they do at the clubhouse for the residents to celebrate holidays and whatnot, the apartments are clean and spacious, & there’s a pool and squeaky clean fitness center! i highly recommend this community for ANYONE looking :D thank you everyone here for being so amazing, my family and i feel very safe and at home "

"We really loved the area however, 4 months living here my car got stolen, our water heater was never fixed, and we didn’t have a heater for our whole lease term. The maintenance told us that the part for our water heater would takes months to get and never came back and after telling them multiple times no one came. Our heater never worked cause the maintained guy turned it off while he was checking out water heater and said they were conflicting with each other. For my car, they were upgrading the gate and a person got through broke my windows, smokes, and cost a total of $10,000 in damages from stealing my car. When asking if there was anyway to help us make rent or reduce rent for our situation they said no we aren’t the ones responsible for that. RENT WAS ALWAYS PAID no matter the situation, it just really made times harder then it was! Loved the area but the price to live here isn’t worth it."
