"I moved in yesterday to the Avondale Apartments, and I cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone in the leasing office was fantastic, especially Leticia, who helped me find and secure a unit. Moving in was a breeze, and the apartment was spotless and even better than the unit that I toured. Everyone I’ve met in this complex has been very friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for an apartment in the Summerlin area, look no further. I’m so glad I found this place and I thank all of the folks in the leasing office for their help."

"We love living at the Avondale. It’s going on three years now. The staff is frequently having invitations to come get pizza on pizza day or other days to enjoy and socialize with your neighbors and the staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Maintenance deserves 5 stars! They are the best!! The grounds have beautiful flowers and trees. It’s usually very quiet and peaceful. I love the close proximity to The Peccole Trail for walking. Great location to most everything."

"We’ve been at The Avondale for a year and a half. We haven’t had any issues or problems with communication, maintenance, safety and security or loud, noisy neighbors. Lettie and the ladies in the front office have been extremely professional, personable and helpful! I am not there often, but when I’m there the grounds and buildings are clean and well-maintained. If any maintenance issues or requests arise when I’m there they are taken care of that day or the next. The maintenance guys are skilled, helpful and friendly and are very conscientious about our feline friends! My daughter lives there and feels very safe and hasn’t had any issues! However, I do agree that there are extra costs and fees that could be reconsidered. The owners and management should provide items within the HOA and Trash costs and not micro/charge for so many items that comes with Ownership. Overall, great place to live in Vegas!"

"The complex is great. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. Maintenance handles everything in a timely manner. However- on move in our unit was dirty. We had cleaners in the day we moved in. And just about every week since we’ve moved in we’ve had cleaners or maintenance and we’re just told by the property manager that did feel as though we moved into a dirty unit- except the floors those were beautifully cleaned. When we moved in- no one from the leasing office bothered to do a walk through but mthat our unit was not ready to be moved into. When we were approved for the unit we never received our lease to have the gas turned on til the day of- so we went a week without hot water because this unit was flagged by SW Gas as well. As much as we have grown to love our home- I’m ready to move out because of the headaches and lack of accountability from management. As of 12/25/23: We know nothing will be done despite the respond because since October they’ve done everything to avoid helping and not take accountability."
