Megan worked with us diligently and within two days we had an apartment. You don't see many business nowadays that take the time to write a hand written welcome letter but Megan and the staff took the time to make us feel at home."

"Me and my partner are fairly new Las Vegas residents. And after living at Falling Water apartments for a few months now, we are pleased that we decided to call this place home after settling in. Parking is not too difficult and neighbors are friendly and quiet (but I guess that depends on which building you live in). And lastly, we think that Falling Water apts is kept clean and organized. And that's all thanks to the property management and maintenance team. We've had to submit a few maintenance repair requests and they're always done in a timely manner after shortly submitting. Specifically Carlos! He was amazing at fixing our repairs so quickly and also very kind. Highly recommend Falling Water if you're looking for apt complexes!"
