"I used to live at The Residence in 2010 and I loved it. Decided to BUY a condo in 2022 and I wish I never did. Security don't do their job but harassing people at the gate even after I put guests on the list. Place became so unsafe to live .Multiple cars break ins. Dog poop everywhere. A lot of Section 8 moved in here who are very disrespectful to others and do whatever they want .Don't even try to contact office cause nobody ever there and after multiple calls and emails still no answer.HOA do not care either.The place is embarrassing and gives Canyon Gate community very bad look.Half of the complex is empty cause people moving out. Do not do same mistake by buying property at The Residence."

You'll only hear lies. oh also if you don't PHYSICALLY see them setting up the lease, be ready for your car to be towed next morning, for their own shared profits off of the towing company "
