"I gave 5 stars not because it's the best apartment complex in Las Vegas, but because of the staff. Lucy in the office is amazing and takes care of the residents. The maintenance guys are always right on it. I submitted a work order request for a very low priority item and they had it taken care of the same morning."

"Came in to tour as my lease is ending soon. Lucy and Cindy were so helpful, they were very patient as I saw multiple units. I absolutely love the amenities and the bark park. Can’t wait to rent here someday soon!"

"I visited on 2/28/2024. I was told about the rate for the apartment, but they try to sneak a Tech Mandatory fee for the Internet later as we we're touring the apartment. Basically, you're force to take their internet provider. Then I find out about their ridiculous overpriced administrator fees and more fees. I believe when you're force to pay for something that is part of your rent and should not be sneaky introduce later. When I questioned the mandatory Tech fees, she became very rude and told me that if I wanted the apartment that I didn't have any choice. When I arrived there was a sign at the door that stated they will be back at 1:15pm, and there was another sign at the manager office showing that she was out showing a unit. Approximately 1:20pm they arrived from shopping at the .99 cents store with bags and about 1:28 the sign was from the door were remove. Gym equipment was limited to few pieces that are in need of upgrade. I spoke to few Maintenace worked while waiting for the management to return from the shopping trip and I was told that management hate when they tell her that something needs replace in the unit. I refuse to rent in a place that force it me into their choices for utilities, when clearly are other choices."

"Visited Reverb Apartments for information on a 1 bedroom and the office team was great! Cindy and Lucy answered all of my questions and the community itself is very clean and well maintained. The apartments are really nice as well. Will definitely be back when my lease is up in the summer."

"The overall experience at this apartment has been extremely disappointing. The constant rotation of management has resulted in poor communication and a lack of attention to detail. The security system is inadequate as I experienced having a package stolen when the gate was not functioning. Additionally, a significant charge was added to my move-out despite the manager being aware of it beforehand. The bathtub resurfacing issue was mishandled and the cleanliness of the property is subpar, with a persistent smell of animal waste. I do not recommend signing a lease with this complex."
