Carlisle at Summerlin 1600 Queen Victoria Street, Las Vegas, NV 89144

"Tried to tour Carlisle at Summerlin. They didn’t answer the phone but when I received a return call to schedule I was told I’d meet Justine at the property at 12pm, she had another tour at a neighboring property. Well we show up at 12pm and have to call again… Justine tells me she contacted me via email to cancel the tour… since it was raining. I was explicitly told I’d get a call day prior to confirm the tour. No call, no email… nothing. They don’t do tours in the rain? If leasing and management are that carefree, there’s not a chance in hell I’d live here at any one of their properties."

"I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here. They are very creative with their segregation. On the Camborne Ave side , are the ONLY Afro Americans and Hispanics. The building is old so if you are looking for a flat, I highly recommend you seek another residence. You can literally hear every conversation from your neighbor. Smoke travels through every person’s ventilation system so you will smell whatever they are smoking in your apartment. You will hear every door slam and every drawer open. This is ALSO a HOA community and some of the owners are desperate to move people in they fail to mention that and once the resident is signed into that lease , they will be flooded with noise complaint after noise complaints. Half of the people who view the apartments, aren’t this one’s living in the unit. As a former security guard for the property, I can promise you, this isn’t the place for anyone except old people."

"I started the application process and scheduled a guided tour for 1-6-2024 . I showed up and there was no one at the front office, no one answers the phone either apparently. Drove a long way for this ."

"Horrible experience while living here!!! Management is rude and slow to act when there are even any issues. We had flooding from the laundry room and the bottom floor was filled with over 3 inches of water. We also dealt with an ant infestation for over 6 months. Over priced and horrible customer service/management for Summerlin."

"I my self have lived there for more than 2 years with my children , never had issues barely so any police presence and it is a gated community with great school around it so if u have kids please consider Bonner Elementary School a multi time blue ribbon high standard school. So they do offer 1 or 2 and 3 bedrooms some a town house some are in a condo shape but you will love it. I left for personal reasons otherwise I would definitely stay."
