"“Luxury apartments” where the windows don’t close properly, you can hear your neighbor do laundry every time they do it, you can hear your neighbor snoring as well. They used to have food trucks but someone in management let them block off a handicapped spot and now it’s just a boring regular complex, nothing luxurious about it."

"I lived here for two years. It was a great location, the staff was friendly and it was very clean. They have some really great "trails" inside the apartment complex that made it really easy to walk the dog different ways every time you go out. I still miss living here and wish I used the pool more often because it was really great. The only thing I would change is add a heater to the pool."

Excess, outrageous move-out costs, adding insult to injury as to costs, expenses, damages and repairs to subject vehicle. Hope any prospective tenants, evaluate alternative"

"We feel really lucky that we found our apartment at Altessa! The property management and maintenance teams have been helpful from day 1 and helps to resolve any issues quickly! Our unit had a view of the strip which was beautiful at night, and it was nice to have the extra space for storage in the garage. The complex has a pool we often enjoyed in the summers and having the park right across the street was great to walk around to stretch our legs. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s only a bike ride away to Red Rocks! Would definitely recommend living in this community!"
