From the top-notch maintenance to the fantastic manager, Jasmin, everything about this place exceeded our families expectations. The complex was always clean, and I always felt safe in this area. Also to mention the apartment itself was very nice, everything was working nicely and we rarely ran into any issues. But if I we did the maintenance team were always there to help us. They were always prompt, efficient, and courteous when attending to any issues that arose. Whether it was a minor repair or a more significant concern, they tackled it with utmost professionalism, leaving us worry-free and impressed by their expertise. If you need a great apartment to stay at I highly recommend Martin Apartments."

"Have been living here the last few years and this is such a great place to live. Maintenance has kept up with every request that I sent on a timely manner and they completely replaced everything that needed to be fixed. My toilet needed a complete replacement and they did it with no issue, whatsoever. The property is also pretty nice and well-kept, and there are far worse apartments that I've lived in that has trash all over.Its a small community, so you pretty much know your neighbors and its pretty quiet with low activity. Jasmin, the leasing manager, is a gem. She's been super friendly, attentive to residents needs, and really cares about the residents. She takes feedback really well, so I've walked into the office a few times complaining about trash and other occasional issues and she's been quick to fix it. She also tries her best to make this community pretty fun, so there are a few events for each month (this is something the property has done for multiple years too). For the location and what you get, the value is pretty good."

"Living here at first was great, but it got progressively worse through time. My assigned parking spot would be constantly taken and by numerous people. The dumpsters were always overfilling and disgusting. My neighbors would constantly play loud music all night, and I would have to call the security numerous times to have them stop, in which they would stop temporarily and continue. After bringing this up with management, all they did was provide written warnings on about 3 separate occasions. Other residents would complain too, but upper management never kicked them out so basically you just have to deal with the loud noises all night. The trash service that the complex provided always skipped my room. The rent, although a little pricey, was understandable but was told my rent would increase by $600 if I were to continue. Ridiculous. The pool/spa was closed a majority of my lease. After moving out, and basically detailing the entire apartment, Martin still applied hundreds of dollars in fees which was ridiculous. Ive lived in 2 separate apartment complexes prior, and this was the worst. The front desk lady, Shiela, was nice and helpful but upper management was terrible and was always finding ways to give you fees. My license plate was also stolen in my time at Martin. I never had any packages sent there due to fear of porch pirates. There are better options out there."
