"Dignity always comes through with great work at very reasonable prices. Scott has come to our house twice now and has done excellent work both times. He’s professional , thorough, fast, and friendly. Thanks Scott & Dignity for coming through!"
"Drew made this project happen at the highest level. His professionalism and customer service was extremely above and beyond what was expected!! He made working with the insurance easy. He made sure the customer came first. Drew was able to truly get all that was needed for the project covered by insurance. Clean up after the job was exceptional! Dignity was a good word for my experience. But Integrity is another good descriptor!! Tom"
"Absolutely amazing! We've been dealing with lack of heat since November, the warranty company assigned us a plumbing company that replaced our water heater but did it incorrectly and refused to come back to fix it because they swore up and down that they did it the right way. We went through a couple more plumbing companies (some assigned by our warranty company) and they all gave us estimates for very expensive and very unnecessary work (like tearing out drywall). I interacted with Jason, Amanda, and Andrew and they were all AMAZING! I called Andrew an angel because after 15-20 minutes, he figured out our issue, fixed it, and we have heat again! This story is MUCH longer but Dignity Plumbing ended our nightmare, thank you!"
"I have been torn on writing a review, but think others should know that their pricing is out of line. I called dignity to have my washer shut off valves replaced because they were leaking and ended up paying $458 to replace 2 $15 valves. If I also wanted the in wall box replaced it would be another $100. The box with the quarter turn vales is only $54 on Home Depot. Remember I am pricing per unit from a retailer, not a bulk distributor like they would use. The connection was also done with shark bite connections instead of soldering. About $20 with of material retail. So essentially I paid close to $400 for 1 hour worth of work. I am willing to pay for a professional to do repairs but it's this kind of price gouging that is forcing home owners to resort to doing repairs themselves. Had I researched this replacement further I would have saved myself more than $350. I will say the office staff and plumber were very professional and friendly. Edit on the request of business: The fittings are not Sharkbites they are Propress fittings at a cost of $5-6/each. So the point still stands that there were less than $50 worth of materials used to replace 2 valves at the cost of $458. Even accounting for the cost of payroll, gas, insurance, office space, etc. the pricing is out of line."
"Scott with Dignity Plumbing nailed it. I wasn't sure if my water heater could be fixed or needed to be replaced, so I called the van I saw on the road to work. He came out the next day, diagnosed the issue and gave me my options. The next day, I had a brand new tankless. Not only that, he showed me that I didn't need a new shower valve. All I needed was to adjust it. Worth every penny. Going to be my go to for all plumbing needs from here on out."
