"Jeremy is the best. He explained my choices in detail and was very helpful in helping me make a decision. He has a great personality, and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I will always ask for him when I need future services."
"Jeremy was able to fix my ac after many! Other companies have tried! Very pleased with customer service, knowledge about the AC system, and after 2 years! My system is still working to manufacture specs."
"They have to fix my unit the second time because the first technician did not weld some part of my A/C when they supposedly doing my tune up because I have purchased that service, now the second technician came and won't even really capable of fixing that needed to be done so he called in a much mature technician to finish the job and that took all day. Now I got my tune up but they treated it as a second time even though the first one was never done because they have to fix the welding part and top it all the A/C technician apologize for wearing his work boots when he already walked around my carpet floor!"
"Jeremy was awesome and explained everything very clearly! AC repair/replacement is new for me and he helped me step by step with any questions I had. He was on time, professional and kind. I highly recommend Gold Medal Service!!!"
"You decide! HOWEVER, FOR MY MONEY I WOULD TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. My assessment: Incompetent, Rude, Overcharging, disrespectful business. Here are the Facts: 9/27/23 - Gold Medal Service (GMS) was PAID to DIAGNOSE the problem as to why front of our place of business was not cooling. GMS indicated that one of the units needed the motor to get AC going. GMS was not able to locate the blow motor for better part of 2 weeks, and it was not until a couple of follow ups they finally were able to get us a quote on 10/18/23. 10/18/23 - We authorized the quote (#1109) for $1589.98 10/20/23 - The technician came and replaced the blow motor. Although the supposit repair was completed there was not change in the temperature / the space was still not being cooled. We reached back out to the company and after a long argumentative discussion with one of the owners (we will call her "the wife") they sent a technician to check what was going on and he concluded that one of the other units had a freon leak. Pursuant to the investigation the technician spoke with the owner and then I spoke with "the wife", and I was told that they would have to give me a new quote for the repair. Any reasonable person would want to know if the original problem was not fixed then why did we end up paying for the "diagnosis" (which was obviously incorrect) and supposit "fix", which collectively costed $1,1719.98 Additionally, after the visit by both the technicians the unit supplying the back of the restaurant was constantly running, and the temperature in the morning was in mid to low 50's all the way down to 47 today. So now, not only did our original problem did not get fixed, but was now had a new problem. After a fairly long arduous discussion, which was met with defensiveness and accusatory tone, "the wife" agreed that they would charge me only for parts to get the problem fixed. Which I thought was reasonable. She followed up with a quote (#1142) for $1,436.55 ($525.00 discount). To find the leak and charge the unit with R410A quote of $911.55...WOW!!! I asked for the detail...and surprise... she did not want to provide any details. (BTW WHEN YOU GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED DO YOU NOT GET AN ITEMIZED BREAKDOWN OF PARTS AND LABOR? I DID NOT THINK IT WAS AN UNREASONABLE REQUEST) The only point I made to her was not only did our original problem was not fixed, but now we had a new problem where the back of the business was experiencing severley cold temperatures. Again, after a long conversation "the wife" agreed to send the technician to diagnose what was going. This time I went up on the roof with the technician, and found out that they had shorted the circuit so the unti kept on running constantly and the thermostat could not control the temperature. The technician removed the wire that was inserted to short the circuit, and now the unit is able to be controlled using the thermostat. Upon this finding the technician spoke with the ownership and I followed up with the call. At this point "the wife" after a brief conversation directed me to speak with "the husband", who according to her was the technical person and apparently my conversations with her were getting too technical. As I spoke with "the husband" and told him that I was assuming he was informed by the technician and his wife what the issues were and he suggested I describe my version of it. So I did, just as I have here... At that point "the husband" said he was willing to have his technician come in and replace the origianllay installed blow motor with a burnt motor and then would fix the freon leak. As this conversation was going on his tone was getting to be rude and belligerent. Realizing this conversation was not getting to be productive nor respectful I advised him that I would put the charge in dispute and would also write a review. To which he said he would respond to the review. Without interjecting any bias I am only presenting the facts (which I can backup with documentation and details). YOU DECIDE WHO YOU WANT TO WORK WITH!"
